- The company will not be responsible for changes in times and dates made by the cruise, airline, and train companies.

- The working days and hours of the museums and historical sites mentioned in the program may vary.
- Travel documents and flight tickets will be sent to guests 48 hours before the trip. Participants are obliged to read and check these tickets and the information provided.
- Due to river water levels, port conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances, the cruise company reserves the right to make changes to the program. Accordingly, the ports to be visited, arrival, and departure times may vary according to river traffic.
- Passengers who are not present at the specified airport or the port where the ship will dock at the times indicated by our agency, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed their procedures but cannot board the plane or ship, will not be able to travel; our agency is not responsible for this. All expenses for new flight tickets, transport to the ship, and transfers in the area that will be required for passengers who miss the flight or ship are their responsibility.
- Departure times of the ships from the port are announced or posted on information boards on the ship. Guests are responsible for following this information. In the case of missing the ship's departure, any expenses incurred for continuing the journey by boarding the ship from a different port or cutting the journey short to return will be the passenger's responsibility. No refund will be made for the tour fee if the journey is cut short.
- For overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is legally valid with at least 6 months' validity from the end date of the trip. Passports must be undamaged, untorn, and have empty visa pages. Passengers are obliged to fulfill the legal requirements for entry into the countries to be visited. Passengers who are not allowed to board the flight at airports due to non-compliance with these rules will bear their own losses.
- Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. Our agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items. Any costs incurred during the delivery of found items to the country or the person will be borne by the owner of the item.
- Onboard, full board accommodation starts with dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day.
- In Russia, museums, historical sites, and city squares may be closed by the state without prior notice. In this case, the right to make changes or cancellations to scheduled tours (city tours, extra tours) is at the discretion of the ship management and the guide. This situation is unpredictable.
- Extra tour buses are exclusively for guests who have participated in the extra tour; those who do not participate in the tours cannot use these buses.
- The programs and days of the tours and extra tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg may vary depending on the museums and historical sites. Some tours may be conducted in combination.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel without penalty up to 90 days before the tour departure date (this is valid only for the cruise part; airline ticket fees will be charged separately)
A 50% penalty will be applied between 89–60 days
An 80% penalty will be applied between 59–45 days
A 100% penalty will be applied from 44 days to the tour departure date.
