Arrive in Sarajevo at 14:00. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, depart from the airport for Sarajevo tour. We start our city tour with a visit to the most prominent bazaar in Europe, Baščaršija. We visit the historical Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque and the Old Bazaar. Then, we see the Clock Tower, the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Orthodox churches, and the Jewish Synagogue. We also visit the Latin Bridge where World War I started, and then cross the gate through which Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror entered the city, and drink water from the Ottoman fountain. Finally, we visit the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mosque. Transfer to the hotel and check-in to your rooms. Optional: Guests may join the optional Vrelo Bosne tour (20 EUR) — Sarajevo’s water source in the Igman Mountains, where the Bosna River originates. Day 2: Sarajevo (Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kravice Falls)
Breakfast at the hotel, then free time.Optional: Join the Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kravice Falls tour (95 EUR) — with our private bus, depart from the hotel heading to Mostar. The journey to Mostar will take approximately 2.5 hours with several stops for breaks. We first stop in Konjic, where we see the famous Ottoman bridge reconstructed by Turkey and enjoy a coffee by the Neretva River.
Afterward, we arrive in Mostar and start our walking city tour, beginning with the Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by the Ottoman architect Hayreddin. The bridge was destroyed in the war in 1992 but was restored and reopened in 2004 with significant Turkish contributions. We also visit the Koska Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then, we visit the Blagaj village, located 12 km from Mostar, which hosts the Buna River source and the historic Tekke of the Bektashi Order. Lastly, we visit Kravice Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Balkans, with free time to enjoy the scenery. After the tour, we return to Sarajevo and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Sarajevo – Belgrade (Srebrenica)
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Belgrade. Optional: Join the Srebrenica tour (30 EUR) — to pay respects at the site of the 1995 massacre. We will visit the camp where innocent Bosniaks were held and the memorial cemetery.

Arrival in Belgrade and start our panoramic city tour, including the Student Square, Knez Mihailova Street, the French Monument, Kalemegdan Fortress, the Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, the Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, the Dungeon Gate, the Register Gate, Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, Stefan Lazarevic Monument, the Nebojsa Tower, the Republic Square, the Scales Square, and the National History Museum. After the tour, free time before transferring to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Belgrade – Istanbul (Zemun – Danube River)

Notification
- During the tour, having Euro is sufficient for shopping and spending in all the countries on the program. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied to seat planning daily, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum 3-day stay to bring goods such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.
- Free shop purchase limits when entering Turkey from abroad include: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters (spirits with less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolates and candies: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The tour guides may modify the program flow based on weather and road conditions, provided they show all designated places.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior. If canceled within less than 30 days, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, 100% penalty applies. Cancellations due to hospital reports, work permits, or other official documents obtained from Turkey, or cancellations of booked hotels and services outside Turkey, are not accepted.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification will be 20 days before the tour. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided or only the destination is available without specific hotel names, hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days prior to the departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days prior to departure.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability; in these rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds and consists of one large bed and an additional foldable or coach bed. Participants accept the possible tightness and bed types in the room when booking for children or third persons. Child discounts are valid only for single children age-appropriate when accompanied by 2 adults.
- The services included in the tour program involve breakfasts at the hotel, generally continental, served in a dedicated hall for groups, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, reflecting the country's breakfast culture.
- Panoramic city tours covered in the package are short (2-3 hours), include general introductions, and do not include museum or archaeological site entry. These tours may not be conducted due to restrictions, closures, or weather conditions, for which Viyatravel bears no responsibility. Some tours may be conducted on foot or via public transportation if roads or access points are restricted.
- Customs clearance at land crossings during travel may involve waiting times exceeding standard durations, and Viyatravel is not responsible for delays.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants organized by local Viyatravel; if the number is insufficient, tours may be canceled or prices may vary according to content, vehicle type, and participant count. Their dates and times may change according to opening hours of sites or weather conditions, at the guide's discretion.
- Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers who do not wish to join agree to wait at a suitable rest area en route. They will be dropped off there at the start and picked up after the tour concludes.
- For air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding processes are personal and must be completed by guests at airports or online before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers failing to be on time at the airport or completing check-in procedures, or for those who miss their flights. Those who miss their flights will need to arrange new tickets and transfers at their own expense.
- Viyatravel acts solely as an intermediary with airlines, adhering to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Delays or schedule changes may occur; Viyatravel will inform guests as soon as possible. The travel agency is not responsible for risks involved with schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or fees.
- The vehicle types used are classified based on passenger numbers:
