IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENT will assist in visa applications if the passports and required documents are submitted completely and on time. A passport must be valid for at least 6 months for international travels.
• The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control has the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Hotels may have an extra bed application in triple rooms; the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may be no third bed application. The AGENT will inform its guests during the sales process about packages that involve such hotels.
• Child rates are valid only if the children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd or 4th person. For children aged 0-2, they must not have turned 2 years old as of the tour return date; for children aged 3-12, they must not have turned 12 years old as of the tour return date.
• The AGENT has the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• In case of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENT will notify its guests of cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the 28.09. 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
• There is a 20 kg baggage allowance for domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. They may not be held if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• Guests who will not participate in extra tours during the journey will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before city entries.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellation and change, the "AGENT SALES CONTRACT" applies.
• During the cruise, out of the evening meals you will have, 2 are formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger brings at least one suit and ladies bring at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will dine have been predetermined and numbered according to names beforehand. Therefore, everyone will sit at pre-assigned places from the first meal to the last meal on the ship.
• During check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present their credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception when obtaining cabin keys. No cash is accepted in any area of the ship except the casino. The currency on the ship is EUR and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses through the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring beverages, irons, hair dryers, etc. aboard the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored suitcase tags will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket for all of our group's luggage. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late on the first departure day due to the density and crowds, which is a situation that is definitely under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to bring your essential needs for the first day in a small handbag.
• It is imperative to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible in such cases.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage and place it in front of your cabin with the tags affixed from the night before by 00:00. After exiting the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group's luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST TAKES THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS ARE SOLELY LIABLE FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY RESPONSIBILITIES.
