In extra tours, children aged 0–6 years are free of charge. (Excluding paid extra tours with meals).
For children aged 7–12 years in extra tours, an additional 50% discount is applied. (Excluding paid extra tours with meals).
Bus seating arrangement is based on the order of tour purchase.
During the tour, there will be no rotation of seating arrangements on the bus.
Guests can purchase the seat beside them for an additional €90 per person. (Throughout the entire journey).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, our agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such cases, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded. For additional services purchased outside the tour, such as domestic connecting flights booked through our agency will also be refunded, but visa services, travel health insurance—if a visa application has been made in the guest’s name using these services—these services are considered used and cannot be refunded. If the guest obtained domestic connecting flights from a different provider than our agency, our agency is not responsible for any refunds in case the tour is canceled by us. The guest accepts the potential material and moral losses caused by the tour's cancellation in advance and cannot hold our agency responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the tour will be individually arranged for the guest, and the guide service included in the package will only cover transfer from and to the international departure and return.
Cancellations and Changes
4- Tickets for our tours are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date, tickets that do not have cancellation/change or refund rights will be subject to penalties.
5- Guests may notify our agency in writing up to 30 days before the departure date to cancel without penalty, provided that payment has been made or commitments for flight tickets have been secured with the airline, excluding domestic connecting flights. For cancellations less than 30 days before the departure, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee is applied if less than 15 days before departure, the full tour fee is charged as penalty. For cancellations, the conditions for refunds of additional services such as internal connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing of cancellation, and prior information should be requested. Our agency cannot guarantee refunds for additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of tours in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and ruins at the destinations as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during tours.
7- Panorama city tours included in the package are brief city introductions lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, without entrance to museums or ruins. These tours, along with other planned tours, may be performed by local authorities who may restrict or prohibit access to certain areas or due to weather conditions, some tours may not be possible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads or access are restricted.
8- The guide may change the schedule of city or additional tours according to the number of participants and the closure status of museums and ruins. This also applies to changes in flight times.
9- No refunds are made if the services included in the prices, like city or meal services, are not utilized.
About Flights
10- Our agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline. In case of disputes, relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- Timetable delays or changes in scheduled flights may occur. Our agency is obliged to inform passengers as soon as possible. Passengers buying the tour accept the risk of not having the flight schedule modified or canceled.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes.
13- According to airline rules, if a booked round-trip ticket's outbound flight is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Boarding and check-in procedures for those traveling by plane are personal responsibilities of guests and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport counters or online via the airline's website.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on info screens. Guests should follow these announcements themselves.
16- Guests must be present at the designated airport and time for check-in and boarding; our agency is not responsible for those who miss their flight. For those who miss their flight, any additional costs for new tickets or transfers are their responsibility.
17- The standard luggage weight limit for flights departing Turkey is 20 kg, but this may vary by airline and destination. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a 15 kg limit. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not our responsibility.
18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) may do so after ticket issuance, depending on the airline’s availability. No miles guarantee for each flight. Check whether your tickets are eligible for an upgrade.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals, beverages, or online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Our agency is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply.
21- If hotel names are not specified in the program and only category information is provided or options are offered for the same destination, guests will be informed by our agency at least 48 hours before departure.
22- For special periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, guests will be informed 15 days before departure.
23- During the reservation process, guests must accurately provide information such as their passport name, date of birth, and passport number. Tickets are issued based on these details. Any errors may incur penalties or changes at the guest’s expense.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with your operator before leaving Turkey to ensure it is unlocked for international use.
25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00; check-out time is 12:00.
26- Our agency will communicate special requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed types) to the hotel. These requests depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
27- Breakfast at hotels generally differs from traditional Turkish rich breakfasts. Usually continental, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and served in a dedicated hall.
28- Some double rooms may have twin beds that can be joined if needed.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type.
30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request, subject to availability and hotel approval.
31- The capacity for extra beds or cribs in the room is one.
32- In triple rooms, an extra bed usually consists of a smaller bed; such rooms usually have one large bed + one folding or coach bed. Guests accept the possible crowding and bed types in such rooms.
33- Misguidance or incorrect declarations regarding the number of children or their ages in hotel reservations may result in extra charges; responsibility rests with the guest.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child discounts are only valid if the child is accompanied by two adults of the relevant age group.
35- Exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in TL prices. Payment is based on current rates. Additional requests, such as minibar, iron, etc., are extra and payable directly to the hotel.
36- Some countries may apply local city, tourism, or other taxes at entry or exit, collected by the hotel from guests.
37- The distances shown in the program are map-based; travel times may vary depending on traffic, weather, country conditions, roadwork, or other factors.
38- Our agency may change the order of cities, tour contents, or the main airline without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/ID cards are the responsibility of the individual, and the agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs for retrieving lost belongings are borne by the owner.
40- Travelers are required to carry their travel health insurance policies, medication, and reports if any health issues exist.
41- Extra expenses, such as deposits or identification documents, may be requested at the hotel during check-in and check-out. Such deposits are between the guest and the hotel; our agency has no involvement in these transactions.
