IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and necessary documents are submitted complete and correct, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The agency is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete or delayed submission of required documents for a visa.
• Having a visa does not mean entry into that country is guaranteed. Passport control authorities have the right to deny entry. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
• Since extra beds are used in 3-person rooms in hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not offer a 3rd bed. The agency will inform guests during sales about the types of accommodations.
• Children's prices are valid only when children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents, occupying the 3rd or 4th bed. For infants aged 0-2, the child's age is considered at the time of the tour's end; for children aged 3-12, their age should be under 12 at the end of the tour.
• The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the agency will notify guests of cancellations or changes at least 21 days before the departure.
• The agency is the intermediary between passengers and the airline, subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times should be confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled travel date. Passengers accept that.flight details may change when purchasing the tour.
• For domestic low-cost flights, a baggage allowance of 20 kg is provided.
• The agency reserves the right to change the hotels listed in the program while maintaining the same category.
• Extra tours are organized with certain participation requirements. If participation is low, the tours may be canceled. In case of insufficient participants, prices may be revised by the guide and new arrangements made.
• Passengers who will not participate in optional tours during the journey will be directed to resting areas located before the city entrances, as explained by the guide.
• Tours where local authorities do not permit visits will not be conducted. The agency is not responsible for such cancellations.
• In case of cancellations or changes, the "SALES CONTRACT" of the agency is valid.
• During the cruise, two of the dinners are official dinners. Men are encouraged to bring at least one suit, and women to bring at least one evening dress.
• The restaurant and tables where the group will dine during the cruise are pre-selected and numbered according to name. Everyone will sit at the designated places from the first dinner to the last dinner.
• During check-in to the cruise, every passenger (only one in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception to receive cabin keys. Cash is not accepted elsewhere on the ship except at the casino. The currency on the ship is EUR and credit card payments are accepted. All expenses can be checked on your TV in the cabin.
• Bringing alcohol, ironing, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• Upon starting the cruise, specific colored luggage tags will be provided with your cruise tickets for all luggage. It is necessary to affix these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Luggage may not arrive at your cabin on the first evening of departure immediately. This is due to the busy period and is under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items in a small carry-on bag to be easily accessible on the first day.
• Strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. Check-in at ports must be completed at least 60 minutes before departure; otherwise, boarding may not be permitted. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of the cruise, luggage should be collected a night prior by attaching the pre-supplied labels and leaving them in front of the cabin doors before midnight. After disembarking, guests will pick up their luggage from the designated station. We kindly ask each guest to identify and check their own luggage carefully.
• All passengers must carry their return flight tickets and cruise tickets during the trip. Failure to present these tickets at entry points is the passenger's responsibility.
