Day 1 ISTANBUL – LISBON
Meet at Istanbul New Airport Terminal, in front of Turkish Airlines check-in counter at 04:00. After check-in and passport procedures, depart with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1755 at 06:50. Arrive at Lisbon Airport at 09:55 local time. Our private vehicle waiting at the airport will transfer us to the center. Guests can optionally join the Lisbon city tour. During the tour, our stops will include the historic heart of the city Alfama, Discoveries Era landmarks such as Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, panoramic views from São Jorge Castle, and the city's main square Praça do Comércio. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Check-in and settle into your rooms. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 LISBON
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Meet at the designated time with our guide and head to the port to board our ship. At the port, complete the check-in process and settle into your cabin. Our cruise will depart from the port at 16:00 this evening.
Day 3 PORTIMAO
Our ship will dock at Portimão port in the Algarve region of southern Portugal at 07:00. After breakfast onboard, guests can optionally join the Portimão Tour, which includes Ponta da Piedade, Lagos, Alvor village, and Praia da Rocha. After the tour, transfer back to the ship. The ship will depart at 18:00. Overnight on the ship.
Day 4 SEVILLA (CÁDIZ)
Our ship will dock at Cádiz port at 07:00 this morning. After breakfast on board, guests may join an optional Cádiz & Seville Tour. First, we will go to Seville, the most important city in southern Spain and the capital of Andalusia. The panoramic city tour will include the 15th-century Cathedral replacing the ancient Great Mosque from the Muwahhids period, the Alcázar royal palace with Arab Gothic and Renaissance architecture, the 13th-century Golden Tower fortress, several medieval churches, the 51. Paula nunnery monastery, and the City Hall. After the city tour, return to Cádiz for a short city tour before arriving back at the ship. The ship will depart at 19:00. Overnight aboard the ship.
Day 5 MOTRIL
Our ship will dock at Motril port in the Granada province of southern Spain at 10:00. After breakfast, guests can join an optional full-day Granada & Alhambra Palace Tour. After the tour, transfer back to the ship. The ship will depart at 23:59 tonight. Overnight on the ship.
Day 6 CEBELİTARIK
Our ship will dock at Gibraltar port at 07:00 this morning. After breakfast, guests may join an optional Gibraltar Tour. The tour will cover Casemates Square, Upper Rock Nature Reserve, and the Siege Tunnels. After the tour, free time for shopping and transfer to the ship. The ship departs at 13:00. Overnight aboard the ship.
Day 7 IBIZA
Our ship arrives at Ibiza port at 12:30 this afternoon. Guests may join an optional “Ibiza City Tour” guided excursion. The tour will include the Sacred Maria Cathedral located in Dal’t Vila, and the Paseo Vara de Rey shopping and entertainment district. After the tour, return to the ship. The ship departs at 22:30 tonight.
Day 8 PALMA DE MALLORCA
Our ship will dock at Palma de Mallorca port at 07:00. After breakfast, guests can join an optional Palma de Mallorca Tour. The tour will take us through scenic routes among pine, olive, and almond trees, passing traditional villages. The highlights include the 650-year-old Bellver Castle and the 13th-century Palma Cathedral, Spain's second-largest Gothic cathedral. The tour also includes a visit to the famous Mallorca caves with large lakes, which will mesmerize you with their lighting systems. Afterwards, we will make a photo stop in the charming seaside town of Monte Cristo. Next, visit the second largest town on the island, Manacor, famous for its synthetic pearl production. There will be free time for lunch and shopping in the center. After the tour, transfer back to the ship. The ship will depart at 18:00. Overnight on the ship.
Day 9 BARCELONA
After breakfast, disembarkation and transfer to the airport. Guests may join an optional “Barcelona City Tour” guided excursion. We will start our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. The tour will include external views of La Sagrada Familia, La Rambla Street, Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum Marina, Plaça de Catalunya, and Passeu de Gracia, where Gaudí’s houses have turned into a street museum. After the tour, transfer to the airport. Check-in, passport, and customs procedures, then depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1856 at 19:05. Arrive in Istanbul at 23:30 local time, ending our tour.
Cancellation Policy (Per Person)
• More than 45 days before the trip: 25% cancellation fee applies.
• 44–15 days before the trip: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• 14 days or less before the trip: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Note: Flight ticket cancellations are subject to airline policies and will be evaluated separately.
NOTES AND THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW;
*The times specified in the program have been obtained from the airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in these times. Therefore, in the event of any time change, our agency reserves the right to adjust the content of the program. Additionally, in our sea & river tours, due to sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, changes in water levels, sea & river traffic, strikes in river level pools, etc. force majeure reasons, the cruise company and the ship captain have the right to make changes to the program. Our agency will not be held responsible for these changes.
*Passengers who are not present at the specified airport or port at the times indicated by our agency at the start of the tour, or who miss the flight or cruise and cannot board, will not be held responsible by our agency. Passengers who miss their flight or cruise will be responsible for the transportation costs necessary to rejoin the tour.
*In cruise tours, the cruise operator is another company, and according to International Maritime Regulations, the captain is the authorized representative. Due to sudden port conditions, bad conditions, changes in water levels, sea river traffic, and various reasons causing river level pools to not operate, the cruise operator and the ship captain may make changes to the program or even cancel the trip. Alternative programs will be offered regarding these situations, and our agency will not have any responsibility regarding changes.
*During a flight, each passenger has the right to take one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg and dimensions of 40 cm (height) x 23 cm (width) x 55 cm (length) into the cabin. Additionally, each passenger may check in one suitcase with the airline's baggage, with the allowed free weight limit varying according to the airline, flight route, and ticket class. Please confirm this before your flight from your ticket or from our agency.
*During check-in to the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or make a cash deposit while obtaining their magnetic “cruise card”. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization charge of 300 USD per person will be made from each credit card. This is for the extra expenses you will incur on board after checking in to the ship.
You will be able to make your extra expenses on board with this magnetic cruise card provided to you at check-in.
Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship, except for the casino. You can track all your expenses via the interactive televisions in your cabins, interactive screens on the ship, or at the reception.
*It is strictly prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, kettles, bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship. Hair dryers and kettles are available in most cabins.
*At the beginning of your cruise, you will be assigned luggage tags in specific colors. It is extremely important to fill out these tags completely for your luggage to arrive at your cabins correctly.
*Your luggage may not arrive at your cabin until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation resulting from the crowd and busyness and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your important necessities in a small carry-on bag and bring it with you on the first day.
*In case of an emergency, a short safety drill and briefing will be conducted on the first day of your journey to familiarize you with the evacuation procedures. Participation is crucial. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your cabin will direct you to the meeting point for the drill.
*During the cruise, the table assigned to you on the first day will determine some of the dinners you will have in the main à la carte restaurant and some of them will be formal dinner nights. According to the ship's rules, all male passengers who wish to dine here must wear a suit, and female passengers must wear evening gowns. Passengers who wish can also have their meals in other restaurants or at the buffet on these formal nights or on other nights.
*You can use the paid satellite internet system on the ship. To keep the cost low, please choose the packages suggested by the ship.
*Every evening, detailed information about the next day's program will be delivered to your cabin. This program includes all activities, entertainment organization information, and important notes on board.
*We kindly ask you to take good care of all your personal belongings during the tour. There is a safe available in all cabins where you can store your valuables. Our agency does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of money or valuables left in the cabin or luggage. Support will be provided for the returned items to be sent to you through cash-on-delivery shipping from the country where they were found.
*The departure times of the ship from the ports must be strictly observed on the days following the start of the tour. You must enter the ship at least 45 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. Our agency will not be held responsible for such a situation. The transportation costs necessary for rejoining the ship tour from a suitable port will be the responsibility of the passenger.
*There is a Health Center on cruise ships, staffed by specialist doctors and medical personnel. It is possible to take advantage of emergency services 24 hours a day by calling the emergency number. The health services offered on the ship are charged. There is no medical personnel on river cruise ships, but ambulances can reach the ship in emergencies.
*At the end of your cruise journey, you need to collect your luggage by attaching the labels that will be left at your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 12:00 AM. After the ship's discharge procedures the next morning, luggage will be delivered by passengers from stations outside the ship.
