NOTES AND THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW;
*The times specified in the program have been obtained from the airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in these times. Therefore, in the event of any time change, our agency reserves the right to adjust the content of the program. Additionally, in our sea & river tours, due to sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, changes in water levels, sea & river traffic, strikes in river level pools, etc. force majeure reasons, the cruise company and the ship captain have the right to make changes to the program. Our agency will not be held responsible for these changes.
*Passengers who are not present at the specified airport or port at the times indicated by our agency at the start of the tour, or who miss the flight or cruise and cannot board, will not be held responsible by our agency. Passengers who miss their flight or cruise will be responsible for the transportation costs necessary to rejoin the tour.
*In cruise tours, the cruise operator is another company, and according to International Maritime Regulations, the captain is the authorized representative. Due to sudden port conditions, bad conditions, changes in water levels, sea river traffic, and various reasons causing river level pools to not operate, the cruise operator and the ship captain may make changes to the program or even cancel the trip. Alternative programs will be offered regarding these situations, and our agency will not have any responsibility regarding changes.
*During a flight, each passenger has the right to take one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg and dimensions of 40 cm (height) x 23 cm (width) x 55 cm (length) into the cabin. Additionally, each passenger may check in one suitcase with the airline's baggage, with the allowed free weight limit varying according to the airline, flight route, and ticket class. Please confirm this before your flight from your ticket or from our agency.
*During check-in to the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or make a cash deposit while obtaining their magnetic “cruise card”. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization charge of 300 USD per person will be made from each credit card. This is for the extra expenses you will incur on board after checking in to the ship.
You will be able to make your extra expenses on board with this magnetic cruise card provided to you at check-in.
Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship, except for the casino. You can track all your expenses via the interactive televisions in your cabins, interactive screens on the ship, or at the reception.
*It is strictly prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, kettles, bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship. Hair dryers and kettles are available in most cabins.
*At the beginning of your cruise, you will be assigned luggage tags in specific colors. It is extremely important to fill out these tags completely for your luggage to arrive at your cabins correctly.
*Your luggage may not arrive at your cabin until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation resulting from the crowd and busyness and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your important necessities in a small carry-on bag and bring it with you on the first day.
*In case of an emergency, a short safety drill and briefing will be conducted on the first day of your journey to familiarize you with the evacuation procedures. Participation is crucial. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your cabin will direct you to the meeting point for the drill.
*During the cruise, the table assigned to you on the first day will determine some of the dinners you will have in the main à la carte restaurant and some of them will be formal dinner nights. According to the ship's rules, all male passengers who wish to dine here must wear a suit, and female passengers must wear evening gowns. Passengers who wish can also have their meals in other restaurants or at the buffet on these formal nights or on other nights.
*You can use the paid satellite internet system on the ship. To keep the cost low, please choose the packages suggested by the ship.
*Every evening, detailed information about the next day's program will be delivered to your cabin. This program includes all activities, entertainment organization information, and important notes on board.
*We kindly ask you to take good care of all your personal belongings during the tour. There is a safe available in all cabins where you can store your valuables. Our agency does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of money or valuables left in the cabin or luggage. Support will be provided for the returned items to be sent to you through cash-on-delivery shipping from the country where they were found.
*The departure times of the ship from the ports must be strictly observed on the days following the start of the tour. You must enter the ship at least 45 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. Our agency will not be held responsible for such a situation. The transportation costs necessary for rejoining the ship tour from a suitable port will be the responsibility of the passenger.
*There is a Health Center on cruise ships, staffed by specialist doctors and medical personnel. It is possible to take advantage of emergency services 24 hours a day by calling the emergency number. The health services offered on the ship are charged. There is no medical personnel on river cruise ships, but ambulances can reach the ship in emergencies.
*At the end of your cruise journey, you need to collect your luggage by attaching the labels that will be left at your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 12:00 AM. After the ship's discharge procedures the next morning, luggage will be delivered by passengers from stations outside the ship.
