IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENT will assist with visa applications when passports and required documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry to anyone. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Since hotels have an extra bed application in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be a 3rd bed application at all. The AGENT will inform its guests about such hotels during the sales process.
• Child prices are valid only if the children are accommodated in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 age group, the child must not be over 2 years old at the time of the tour return, and for the 3-12 age group, the child must not be over 12 years old at the time of the tour return.
• The AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.

All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights have a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels mentioned in the program as long as the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized with a certain participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they may not be held. If the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide, and new arrangements can be made.
• Guests who will not participate in extra tours along the way will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city.

• During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals will be official dinners, and it is recommended for every male passenger who wants to dine to have at least one formal suit, and for females to have at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal during the cruise, everyone will sit at the previously designated places.
• Upon check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship reception when receiving cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The currency on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• It is absolutely forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onboard.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group's bags will be sent to you along with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late at night on the first departure day. This is due to the crowd and high volume and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items in a small handbag and take them with you on the first day.
• It is imperative to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. The AGENT will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage by attaching the tags that will be distributed to your cabins the night before and placing them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the disembarkation process, our group will collect luggage from the station where the luggage is. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PICK UP THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
