IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. It is mandatory to have at least 6-month valid passports for overseas trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the necessary documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels, due to the implementation of extra beds in triple rooms, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may be no third bed application. The AGENCY will inform its guests during sales about packages that include such hotels.
• Child prices are only valid if children are accommodated in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. In the case of children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the return date of the tour, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• In case of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will inform its guests about cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times need to be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing that flight details may change and accepting this.
• There is a 20 kg luggage allowance for domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized based on a certain participation requirement. They may not be organized in cases of insufficient participation. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
• Passengers who do not participate in the optional tours on the way will be directed by our guide to the rest areas located before entering the city.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In cases of cancellation and change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” is valid.
• During the cruise, two of your evening meals will be formal dinners, and we recommend that every male passenger brings at least one suit and females at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit at pre-designated places.
• Upon check-in on the ship, it is mandatory for every passenger (only one person for couples) to present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship reception while receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• Bringing alcohol, iron, hair dryer, etc. to the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all of our group’s luggage will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by crowds and is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your essential needs in a small bag that you will bring with you on the ship on the first day.
• The departure times of the ship must be strictly adhered to. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such a case, our agency will not be responsible.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins' doors by midnight. After exiting the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where it is stored. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECTS THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
