01.DAY ISTANBUL AIRPORT - DOHA
Meeting at Qatar Airways counter at Istanbul New Airport's international departures terminal with our valued guests at 17:30. After passport and luggage check-in procedures, departure for Doha at 20:10 on Qatar Airways flight QR 246. Overnight on the plane.
02.DAY DOHA - JOHANNESBURG
Arrival in Doha at 00:10 local time. After arrival, passport and check-in procedures for the transfer, departure for Johannesburg at 02:35 on Qatar Airways flight QR 1363. Arrival in Johannesburg at 10:00 local time. After meeting with our guide at the airport, we start our panoramic city tour of Johannesburg with our private vehicle. The places we will see during our panoramic city tour include the City Center, Houghton-Mandela House, Rosebank, and Sandton areas. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. After hotel check-in, free time is provided. Overnight at our hotel in Johannesburg.
03.DAY JOHANNESBURG - SUN CITY
After breakfast, we depart for the Sun City area. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Lion Park tour (90 USD). In our Lion Park Tour, we will have the opportunity to see the rare white lions playing in their habitat. Then, guests who wish can take part in the optional lunch included Lesedi Cultural Village tour (100 USD). Lesedi is a cultural village where you can closely observe the lifestyles, dances, traditions, and customs of black tribes living in South Africa. At the beginning of the tour, the history of black cultures is explained through a video presentation, then small groups are formed to enter areas showcasing the home lives of the Zulu, Xhosa, Basotho, and Pedi tribes. Afterward, cultural African dances will be watched. Our lunch will be traditional African cuisine served in Lesedi Cultural Village as part of the optional tour. After visiting Lesedi Village, we continue our journey and arrive at Sun City, where we perform our panoramic city tour. Sun City is a unique resort among holiday resorts, located by a tranquil lake in the northwestern province of South Africa, surrounded by the magnificent mountains of Pilanesberg. Sun City attracts thousands of tourists every year with its four and five-star hotels equipped with magnificent sports and entertainment activities and the magical Lost City. After our panoramic city tour following our arrival, we check into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Sun City.
04.DAY SUN CITY
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Pilanesberg Safari Tour (185 USD). In Pilanesberg National Park, we will have the opportunity to spend unforgettable hours in the natural environment. We will experience the daily lives of various wild animals living in a volcanic natural environment in Pilanesberg National Park. During our trip, we hope to see the Big Five, which includes lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and hippos, as well as 350 species of birds, 65 reptiles, and hundreds of different animal varieties; we will transfer to our hotel to rest after the safari. Overnight at our hotel.
Guests who wish can join an extra safari at sunset in addition to the sunrise safari (185 USD).
05.DAY SUN CITY - JOHANNESBURG - CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport to take our flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town. On the way, optional Elephant and Monkey Park tour will be organized for interested guests (155 USD). In Elephant Park, you will interact with elephants and touch their uniquely created body parts. Throughout our tour, you will meet rangers who will help you understand the value of the special, trust-based relationship shared with the elephants. You will also learn many more interesting facts about how elephants are uniquely created and shaped in anatomy. In Monkey Park, you will have an interactive experience with monkeys and lemurs that live freely in a natural and exotic forest. After our tour, we arrive at the airport, and our flight to Cape Town departs. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our special vehicle and start our panoramic city tour. The places to see during the city tour include the Parliament Building, Company Gardens, Long Street, Cape of Good Hope, Reibeck Monument, and Adderly Street. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
06.DAY CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, a full-day free time. Opportunities for shopping, resting, and exploring. Those who wish can participate in our optional Cape of Good Hope tour (including lunch) for (190 USD). We will visit the fishing village of Hout Bay, passing through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Llandudno. We will take a boat trip to see the Cape Fur Seals at Duiker Island. Afterward, we will pass through Chapmans Peak or Constantia Nek to see the African Penguins at Boulders Beach, near Simon's Town. Lunch will be served at the ocean-view Black Marlin Seafood Restaurant, and afterward, we will visit Cape Point, discovered by Barthelomios Diaz, where we will see the world's highest lighthouse via a funicular. We return to Cape Town, passing through different coastal villages. Overnight at our hotel.
07.DAY CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, free time. Those interested can participate in the optional Table Mountain & Stellenbosh Wine Estates tour (including lunch) for (185 USD). First, we will set off to taste the famous local wines. After a 45-minute journey, we will arrive at the KWV Wine Emporium; we will tour the cellars before tasting. We will then move to Stellenbosh, founded in 1679, and take a panoramic city tour in this town famous for its wines, oak trees, and university. After lunch at Tokara Wine Estate's restaurant, we will ascend to the summit of Table Mountain, which is 1087 m high, to enjoy the mesmerizing view. Afterward, we will return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

08.DAY CAPE TOWN - DOHA
After breakfast at the hotel, we perform our check-out procedures. Free time until the transfer time. Afterward, we are transferred to Cape Town Airport by our special vehicle. After passport and luggage procedures, we depart for Doha at 13:00 on Qatar Airways flight QR 1370. Overnight on the plane.
09.DAY DOHA - ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Arrival in Doha at 23:35 local time. After the transfer here, we will depart for Istanbul on Qatar Airways flight QR 239 at 02:05. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 06:20 local time. End of our tour.
- Prices are calculated per person, based on double occupancy.
- For reservations made, cancellations made 90 days prior to the travel date will incur a penalty fee for the Johannesburg – Cape Town flight. This fee ranges from 150 to 200 Euros.
- Operational changes may occur due to potential delays on domestic flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town.
- Hotel check-in times are between 14:00–16:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
- If multiple hotel alternatives are offered at the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the specific hotels will be notified to you 48 hours prior to the travel date.
- Due to high demand, changes in hotels may occur; however, the hotel category will not change.
- Some hotels may offer twin beds. The request for a change in room type during the hotel stay is at the hotel's discretion.

The flight times stated in the program are obtained from the relevant airline. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times. Therefore, a revision of the program may occur in case of any time changes.
The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during the reservation must be complete and accurate as stated in the passport. Name confirmation will not be provided afterward.
Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.
Due to weather conditions, changes may be made to extra tours. In this case, our company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments.
All guests are responsible for having their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents. Guests without ticket prints are responsible for their entry into the country.
It is recommended that our guests have their mobile phones activated for international use.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Generally, it is arranged as 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and have a foldable structure. This arrangement is considered accepted by the guest.
Child discounts apply only for one child who stays in the same room as two adults and meets the age criteria.
Breakfasts in hotels are served in a continental style suitable to the culture of the visited country, and in some cases, may be served in a separate hall for groups.
TOURS & EXCURSIONS
The panoramic city tours mentioned in the program are introductory tours conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide, lasting approximately 2–3 hours. They do not include entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites.
Tours may be canceled or their contents changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or unfavorable weather conditions. In such cases, our company is not responsible. If necessary, tours can be conducted by public transport or on foot.
OTHER MATTERS
No cancellations or changes are allowed for tours with promotional and early reservation campaigns.
Our company is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays and time changes for scheduled or chartered flights. Such situations are considered accepted by the guests in advance. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITION
The tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be communicated to you through your agency no later than 20 days before the tour departure.
