*** Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people.
*** A staggered pricing is applied and prices may change throughout the day.
*** Participants have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour date, cancellations made between 29-15 days may incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made less than 14 days before will incur a 100% penalty.
*** The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 21 days prior, provided that information is given to the participant for insufficient participation.
*** During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used further away from the mentioned km. from the center. In such cases, you will be informed 10 days before the start of the tour.
*** In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the names of hotels, or when options exist for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
*** Triple rooms can be provided depending on the hotel's availability, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since the additional beds are made up of folding and coach bed types, tour participants accept that they must bear the discomfort of limited space and bed types in reservations for 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child that fits the age group staying with two adults.
*** The breakfasts included in the tour package are usually served as a continental breakfast suitable to the breakfast culture of the country, consisting of a limited menu such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
*** Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to provide a general introduction to the cities and do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites.
*** The days and times of extra tours may change according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the visited places and weather conditions, as determined by the guide.
*** Extra tour fees are paid to the guide during the tour.
*** In cases where only category information is provided or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn about the hotels where you will stay 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
*** Maxserdmc acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
