Day 1: Istanbul – Pristina – Prizren – Shkodra
Meeting in front of the Departure Counter at Istanbul Airport Customs Terminal…. After ticketing, luggage, and passport procedures, departure with Turkish Airlines flight TK1017 at 07:50 to Pristina. Arrival in Pristina at 08:30. After customs, luggage, and passport procedures, we will head for the city tour of Pristina, Kosovo’s capital, a country with a predominantly Muslim Albanian population and one of the youngest countries in the world. We will experience an emotional day in the land that once witnessed a human tragedy. Among the sights we will see panoramically are the Bazaar, the 15th-century Sultan Bayezid Mosque, and the Clock Tower built in the 19th century to remind the public prayer times. Then, we will visit the Tomb of I. Murad (Hüdavendigar), who was martyred by Obilic during the Kosovo Battle, one of the greatest Ottoman victories in the Balkans. After the visit, a short bus ride takes us to Prizren. In Prizren, one of the most charming cities of the Balkans, we will do a panoramic tour visiting the Ottoman-era Turkish Bath from the 17th century, Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and the Prizren Fortress. There will be free time for shopping and relaxation in the Old Town. After that, we will cross into Albania and proceed to Shkodra. Transfer to our hotel in Shkodra. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 2: Shkodra – Budva – Kotor – Medjugorje
After breakfast at our hotel, we cross into Montenegro, one of the world's youngest countries. Our first stop is the legendary St. Stephen, once a fishing village, later bought by a Singaporean billionaire and now a jet-setting vacation spot, with panoramic views from above (subject to vehicle parking availability). We continue along the Adriatic coast with stunning scenery, viewing Budva from a panoramic point. Our next stop is Kotor, a historic and natural paradise and a touristic attraction. In the Old Town (Stari Grad), you will stroll recognizing the charm of this lovely town. Those interested can join the boat activity around Kotor Bay (additional fee of 25 EUR). After the tour, we head towards our city for accommodation in Medjugorje, Trebinje, or surrounding areas. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Medjugorje – Mostar – Blagaj - Konjic – Sarajevo
After breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to the historic city of Mostar. In Mostar, we will see the famous Mostar Bridge. (Built in 1557 by architect Hayreddin, it is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture.) The bridge was destroyed during the 1992 war but was rebuilt and reopened in 2004 with significant support from Turkey. We walk through the Old Town bazaar. After free time, we travel to Blagaj, the land of the Alperenler. After visiting Blagaj, we continue to the capital Sarajevo. Passing through Konjic, we arrive in Sarajevo and start our city tour. We will visit the most iconic landmarks of the city including Baščaršija (Old Bazaar), the Saray Bosna fountain, Morica Han, Hüsrev Bey Mosque, Clock Tower, and the Eternal Flame monument. We then transfer to our hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4: Sarajevo – Belgrade
After breakfast, we head to Belgrade. Upon arrival, we start our city tour, beginning with the most elegant street, Knez Mihailova. Then, we visit the Belgrade Fortress, which was the supply center of the Ottoman navy during Sultan Mehmed’s reign, where we will see the Key-Delivery Monument, French Monument, Istanbul Gate, Military Museum, Damat Ali Pasha’s tomb, Sokal Square, and the superb view of the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers. Those interested can join the boat activity on the Danube and Sava rivers (additional fee of 20 EUR). After the tour, free time for shopping and leisure. The night will be spent at our hotel in Belgrade.

After breakfast, we transfer to North Macedonia’s capital, Skopje. Our tour starts with the famous Vardar River, which separates the two cultures. We will see the giant statue of Alexander the Great, an impressive sight. Crossing the Old Bridge over the Vardar, we enter the Turkish bazaar with historic Ottoman buildings. We will visit Daut Pasha Hamam, the Baroque-style Stone Bridge, and the Old Bazaar. Free time for shopping in the bazaar. Afterwards, we will transfer to our hotel for overnight stay in Skopje.

After breakfast, we’ll visit the enchanting Lake Ohrid, the source of the Ohrid River. The breathtaking scenery will leave you breathless. Then, we proceed to Resen to see the house of Niyazi from Resen, a famous Macedonian figure and a hero from the Albanian-Turkish war period. We continue to Bitola (Manastır), the city where Atatürk graduated from military school. Tour includes the Old Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishan (Haydar Pasha Mosque), Yeni Cami, and the Atatürk Museum. We then transfer to Uskup Airport for our flight back to Istanbul at 20:15 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1006. Arrival in Istanbul at 22:45. See you on your next journey…
