1- Your tour may take place on different flights of Pegasus Airlines on certain dates. In this case, our company will call you to request your confirmation, and then the ticketing will be done.
2- You must confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without obtaining confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3- The extra tour prices are valid as of the announcement date and any differences in costs due to supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, ticket price increases, etc. before your tour will be reflected in our sale prices. In such a case, the new prices on the final program to be sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour date will be valid.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

* For groups from 9 to 15 people, a midibus will be used
* For groups of 8 or fewer people, a minibus will be used.
5- The bus and flight routes may change without prior notice as long as the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests who will stay alone at Rixos hotel groups or two male guests staying in the same room are not accepted. Reservations for single women, two women, or a woman-man couple are accepted.

SEASCOPE/SEMISUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide the opportunity to observe underwater life in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottomed boat as part of your tour package. However, in recent years, the trend in Egypt has been the SeaScope, which is a much more modern and larger semi-submarine, and the underwater section in these boats is made of glass, thus offering guests a much better underwater experience.

DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, or take plenty of photos at the natural wonder lagoons where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (entry fee to the facility, one non-alcoholic drink per person, sunbed and umbrella fee are included)

Our trip will start with visiting Dahab center to explore the charming village of the Red Sea. Afterward, we will enjoy our lunch at a delightful restaurant located by the sea. The Sinai Desert and Mountain range offers breathtaking views. During our ATV trip, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and learn about life in the desert.(Transfers, helmet, Bedouin tea service included, other drinks and scarf are not included)

Day Trip Lunch Included Cairo Tour (Price changes depending on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will take our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart for Cairo after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, the only monument from the Seven Wonders of the World that has survived to this day and one of the most curious places in the world. Throughout our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which reflects countless mysterious technical and architectural elements, Panorama Hill which overlooks the entire plateau, and the pyramids of Kefren, Mikereinos and the tombs of other nobles. We will take great photos here. Then, we will visit the Kefren Valley Temple, which is a critical part of the Kefren Tomb complex and the Sphinx. After that, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. During our visit, we will also stop by the Papyrus Workshop and the Natural Perfume Factory.The GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), which opened with dazzling shows in November 2025, has become an attraction for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from around the world, being the largest museum in the world dedicated to a single civilization. Since its opening, this significant museum has been attracting a lot of interest, accepting a limited number of visitors each day. You can visit the Pyramid Valley without paying an additional fee as part of your package. However, we recommend that you guarantee your entrance to this very important museum tour by purchasing it from us in advance while you are in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will head to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in the African continent. The bazaar is in the region called “Beyn-el Kasreyn” or “Between the Two Palaces,” established by Muiz el din-Allah, who, along with Amr Ibn el As, is considered one of the founders of Cairo city. Here, you can find the El Azhar Mosque, which is named after the second oldest madrasa in the world, and the restored Hussein Mosque, one of the beautiful mosques in Cairo. During the bazaar visit, you can visit Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of the over five thousand shops and alleys, or enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at a cafe named after the Nobel Prize-winning world-famous author Naguib Mahfouz, or at Fishawi which was also a favorite place of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since our arrival will be late in the evening by bus, we will prepare your dinner in your rooms as a cold platter. In the case of a flight tour, this may not be necessary.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa upon arrival at Sharm Airport (25 USD). A green passport does not require a visa. A minimum number of participants is required, you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour with a round trip flight for the same price, but in that case the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can purchase your ticket yourself or ask for assistance from our authorized personnel.
GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1- The tours must reach the minimum number of participants to be conducted with a Turkish guide. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with personnel who speak English (with the consent of the guest)
B- They can be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the consent of the guest)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made, and payments are made to the local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If he/she or the person staying in the same room experiences a health problem approved by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
B- In the case of cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
C- No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D- Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time can participate by coming to another point on their own. If they choose not to do this, or if this is not possible due to the content of the tour, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, guests must contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will arrive. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour; therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation and no refunds will be given if a refund is requested.
F- During the free time and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. Our staff has the authority to wait a reasonable time or to proceed if the guest is delayed as long as it does not affect the flow of the tour. In other cases, the guest can either continue the tour by getting to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. No refund will be made in this case.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, places, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, and all are certified by the International Tourism Standards and the Egyptian Authorities. In case of defective and/or faulty services during our tours and activities; as the entire process you spend in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, immediate interventions will resolve the problems and/or, based on the problem, partial or full refunds will be made.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical faults leading to delays, and similar cases.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities may carry some risk of accidents that can lead to serious injuries and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative occurrences. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please ask our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we request that you strictly adhere to our authorized personnel's warnings, follow the specified precautions, and use the safety equipment provided as necessary. Otherwise, you are risking not only yourself but also other participants.
6- In places with religious significance, the responsibility of wearing appropriate clothing falls to our guests. Our company assumes no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing reasons.
7- In some tours and activities, you may need special items/clothes. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, or to borrow a towel from the hotel and return it.
8- For issues such as food allergies or health-related special diets, you must inform your guide. In such special situations, please understand that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only assure you that we will try our best.
9- We strongly recommend that you avoid drinking tap water or other beverages, eating fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged food sold openly in Egypt. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10- Like every cautious individual, we especially recommend that you purchase Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
