Notes:
1- Your tour may take place on different flights of Pegasus Airlines on some dates. In this case, our company will call you to request your confirmation, and the ticket will be issued afterward.
2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We have no responsibility for domestic tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
3- The extra tour prices are valid on the day the announcement is published, and they will reflect variations in prices due to supplier price increases, currency fluctuations, changes in taxes, entry fee increases, etc., before your tour. In such cases, the new prices indicated in the final program, which will be sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date, will be valid.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;
* For groups of 16 or more, a bus will be used,
* For groups between 9 and 15, a midibus will be used
* For groups of 8 or fewer, a minibus will be used. 
5- The routes for buses and planes can be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests who will stay alone in Rixos hotel groups or for reservations where two male guests will share the same room are not accepted. Reservations for single females, two females, or female-male couples are accepted.

SEASCOPE / SEMI-SUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide an observation tour to see the underwater life in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottomed boat included in your tour package. However, the recently trendy SeaScope semi-submarine in Egypt is much more modern and larger, featuring a glass underwater section, thereby offering guests a much better underwater experience.

During the breaks provided during our Ras Mohamed Boat Tour included in your package, you can closely observe the magnificent underwater life of the Red Sea. DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After our morning breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we will enter the facility located in the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos at the natural wonders where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (facility entrance fee, one non-alcoholic drink per person, sunbed, and umbrella fee are included)

If you'd like to take a break from the monotony of life and enjoy moments full of activities, we recommend joining this exciting trip, which includes the Dahab Blue Lagoon trip along with ATV, Jeep, Snorkeling, camel ride, Dahab center visit, and an exquisite lunch by the sea. First, we will visit Dahab center to tour the charming resort of the Red Sea. Then, we will have our lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Afterward, we will go to the 3 Pools area and provide free time for snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the experience of riding a camel on the beach. (this is included in the price)  Then, we will go on an ATV safari to an oasis filled with green palm trees in the middle of the desert. (should you require it, the helmet rental of 10 USD per person, and the scarf and sunglasses needed in the desert is included in the price. The scarf and sunglasses can be kept by you.) The Sinai Desert and Mountain Range offer breathtaking views. During our ATV trip, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and learn about life in the desert.  (Transfers, helmets, Bedouin tea included; other beverages and scarf are not included)
If there is sufficient amount, our Turkish-speaking guide will accompany you, and the transfer vehicle will only host guests from our company.

Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo  Tour (Price varies based on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will pick up breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart for Cairo right after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which is one of the most sought-after places in the world as it is the only surviving structure from the Seven Wonders. Throughout our tour, we will see the largest pyramid of the Giza Plateau, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, with countless mysterious technical and architectural features, as well as the Panorama Hill, the pyramids of Khafre, Menkaure, and the tombs of the queen and other nobles. After this, we will see the Valley Temple of Khafre, which is a significant part of the Khafre Mortuary Complex, where mummification processes were carried out, and the Sphinx. We will then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. During our excursion, we will also visit the Papyrus Workshop and the Natural Perfume Factory. The GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), opened in November 2025 with fantastic shows, has become the biggest museum in the world dedicated to a single civilization, attracting travelers and history/culture enthusiasts. Since its opening, this important museum has drawn significant attention, accepting only a limited number of visitors each day. You will be able to visit the Pyramids Valley included in your package without additional payment. However, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance for this extremely important museum tour, as we believe it is a must-see during your time in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The bazaar is located in the area known as Beyn-el Kasreyn or "Between the Two Palaces," established by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo alongside Amr Ibn el As. Here is also the name of the world's second-oldest madrasa, the Al-Azhar Mosque, and the beautifully restored Hussein Mosque. During the bazaar visit, you can visit the Hussein Mosque , do your souvenir shopping from more than five thousand shops and alleys, or enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at the café named after the Nobel laureate and world-renowned writer Naguib Mahfouz, or Fishawi, which is one of Mehmet Akif Ersoy's favorite spots. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since we will arrive late in the bus tour, we will prepare your dinner as a cold platter in your rooms. There might be no need in the flight tour, however.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport in Sharm. (25 USD) A visa is not required for Green Passport holders. There is a minimum number of participants required; you can obtain the necessary information from our guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour with a flight return for the same price, but in that case, the cost of the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can either buy the ticket yourself or ask our official for assistance.

EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1- To conduct tours with a Turkish guide, the minimum number of participants must be met. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with guest approval)
B- For an additional cost, tours can be conducted in English or Turkish (with guest approval)
C- If none of the above options are accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the paid amount related to that tour will be fully refunded.
2- Once the guest has purchased the tour, the necessary reservations are made, and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health issue is confirmed with a doctor’s report for themselves and/or the person they share a room with, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not be refunded.
D- Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time can choose to reach another point by their own means or can not do so due to the tour content; in that case, there will be no refund.
E- Since some tours also take guests from different hotels, if a delay occurs, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the vehicle’s arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration, hence cannot be counted as a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- Our authorized staff provides necessary information for free time and breaks during the tour. If the guest is late, personnel may decide to wait a reasonable time or continue if it does not affect the tour flow. In other cases, guests must continue to the next point at their own expense or return to the hotel with their own means. In this case, no refunds can be made.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, all of which comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In case of missing and/or defective service during our tours and activities; our company constantly tracks your process in Egypt, thus we immediately intervene to resolve any issues, and/or based on the problem, partial or full refunds can be issued.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for situations that are beyond our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest errors, technical failures causing delays, etc.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5- Water sports, boat tours, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents which may lead to significant injuries and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative occurrences. When you participate in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you are uncertain, please gather information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase process. When participating in such tours and activities, please adhere strictly to the warnings of our authorized personnel, follow the precautions given, and wear the provided safety gear as necessary. Otherwise, you will be risking not only yourself but also other participants.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing when visiting places of religious significance. Our company holds no responsibility for guests who are denied entry due to dress code issues.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuit, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarf, and shawl, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8- If you have food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary requirements for health reasons, you must inform our guide. In such special cases, please understand that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only assure you that we will do our best to assist you.
9- We highly recommend that you do not drink open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Moreover, ensure that the fruits/vegetables you consume are thoroughly washed and peeled; do not consume open foods sold outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such a case, we will assist you in obtaining necessary medical care. However, related expenses will be your responsibility.
