At the Flydubai Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal, we complete our check-in procedures by being present at 22:30.
2nd Day / April 15, 2026: Istanbul – Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai on Flydubai Flight FZ756 at 01:50. After arriving in Dubai at 07:20, we begin our panoramic city tour with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Before the city tour, we head to the location where we will have breakfast as an extra. After breakfast, we will first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. We will then continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo break, we will see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, we will continue our tour to Dubai Marina. After a short free time surrounded by restaurants and cafes on the approximately 7 km long promenade of Dubai Marina, we will head to the hotels and complete our check-in procedures as per the hotel check-in time. Guests may choose to participate in the optional “Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” scheduled for the evening.
Extra Tour: Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour – Per person: 80 Euros
We first board the Dhow boat in the marina where we will have our dinner. While our boat sails in the marina, we have our dinner in an open buffet style, enjoying the magnificent view of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we will move to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, shadowed by the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa. We take a pleasant walk through this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests may use their free time after the tour to shop, or enjoy their time in cafes and restaurants located in Dubai Mall. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
3rd Day / April 16, 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may choose to participate in the optional “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” and “Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour.” Overnight stay at our hotel.

Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, awaits you with a world full of flowers. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures turned into colorful flower exhibitions line the paths. Walk on the heart-shaped path or wander between leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Experience being surrounded by more than 150 million blooming flowers with various attractions and interesting arrangements. In the same tour, you will enjoy the historical atmosphere and architectural beauties while wandering through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old bazaars of Al Bastakiya. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unforgettable photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors a chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya is also home to various places such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour – Per person: 80 Euros
You can experience unforgettable moments in the desert by being picked up in 4x4 vehicles and watching the sunset. After an exciting ride through the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancing. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are provided as complimentary services during the tour. After the meals and shows, our tour ends, and we return to our hotel in our 4x4 special vehicles.
4th Day / April 17, 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may choose to participate in the optional “Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum Tour.” After the tour, we meet at the designated time with our guide for the transfer to Abu Dhabi, where the Megastar Tarkan concert will take place at the Ethiad Arena. After a pleasant 1.5-hour journey, we arrive at the prestigious event space, Etihad Arena, in Abu Dhabi. With our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night with Turkey’s megastar Tarkan, featuring a world-class stage and special production. After the concert, we will transfer back to our hotels in Dubai.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per person: 90 Euros
Our pleasant journey to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai's newest and most popular destinations, begins. The first stop on our tour will be Ain Dubai, the largest and tallest observation wheel in the world. With standard entrance tickets included, you will have the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views of Dubai’s mesmerizing cityscape and unique coastline. Afterwards, a short free time is given to explore the restaurants, cafes, and promenades of Bluewaters Island. After the free time, we visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museums. Here, with standard entry tickets included, you will get a chance to see the realistic wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and renowned artists up close.
5th Day / April 18, 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may choose to participate in the optional Outlet Mall and Global Village extra tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, is the ideal place to catch great discounts. You can find over 1,200 quality international brands at 240 stores offering discounts ranging from 30% to 90%. You can be sure to find great deals on designer products at outlet spots like Baldinini and Atasay, as well as on street-side stores. Following this, we head to Global Village, which brings together all countries of the world and turns that area into a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has grown significantly over the years and is now one of the essential sites in Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you come for the amusement park, food, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there’s something for everyone in Global Village. Featuring over 90 cultures in 30 dazzling pavilions, with 3,500 shopping outlets, 250 dining locations, 40,000 shows, and over 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions, the area showcases local products. After our free time here, we return to our hotel.
6th Day / April 19, 2026: Dubai – Istanbul
After breakfast, there will be free time, and we check out of our rooms. (The latest check-out and key return time at hotels is 12:00). Guests may choose to participate in the optional 'Sky View, The View At The Palm, Dubai Mall Tour. Our tour proceeds to the airport at the time determined by the tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on FLYDUBAI Flight FZ 755, scheduled to leave at 20:50. We will arrive in Istanbul at 00:50.
Extra Tour: Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour – Per person: 75 Euros
We start our tour on Palm Jumeirah, the world's largest man-made island, at The View at The Palm observation tower, which has become a symbol of Dubai. At 240 meters above the ground, we will experience watching the perfect architecture of the Palm, the blue Arabian Gulf, the beaches adorned with luxury yachts, and the dazzling silhouette of Dubai from a 360-degree panoramic view. Each frame will become a postcard, and every video will turn into a memorable moment on social media. A breathtaking experience awaits you, making you feel "I’m glad I’m here." Afterwards, we proceed to Downtown Dubai, known as the heart, energy, and showcase of the city. Here, we ascend to the Sky Views located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, owned by the royal group. As you walk on the glass walkway, the cityscape sprawling beneath you will accelerate your heartbeat, making you feel as if you are gazing down on Dubai from the sky. You will create unforgettable memories while watching the lights of the city from above and the splendor surrounding Burj Khalifa, the pinnacle of modern architecture. Guests may try the glass slide and other adrenaline-pumping attractions available at Sky Views for an additional fee, turning those thrilling moments into lifelong memorable photos, after which we will have free time for dining and relaxing.
Whether you have purchased a visa-inclusive or visa-exclusive package, you must create a visa reservation in addition to your tour reservation. The responsibility in this regard lies with the agencies.

***The prices for extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the prices at the time of purchasing the extra tour are valid. ***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
IMPORTANT NOTES
● During Abu Dhabi tours, attention must be paid during the Mosque visit; men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. It is necessary to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
● Attention must be paid during our Desert Safari tour; wear sports and comfortable clothing and bring a light jacket. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour, and large quantities of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
● To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20, there may be a change in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
● Pricing for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
● Due to VB processing in the tour program or in cases where only category information is given without specifying names, and/or if there are optional options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the visit.
● In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination to meet you; the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time given by the guide.
● Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour departure date.
● Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours panoramic tours without entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
● Tours mentioned in panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program are not responsible for the failure to carry out those tours due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, roads being closed on the route due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to carry out due to weather conditions. In some tours, if roads are closed or no vehicle entry is permitted at certain points, they may be conducted via public transport or on foot as far as possible.
● Our tour programs include a guide meeting at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time given by the guide.
● Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availabilities may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no hotel name guarantee is given.
● To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old currency types that banks do not accept.
● As the purchase of extra tours is carried out in USD, the USD - EUR parity will apply similarly.
● Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
● The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
● Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
● To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guests' passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of an obstacle, it is the guests' responsibility.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these terms upon registering for the tour.
● When making a visa application, BTB TOURS must be checked by the guests to ensure the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings that may arise in the visa and may prevent the flight.
● For passengers who will make their own visa application, the provision of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Our guests should plan their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential issues.
● If the guest cancels their reservation or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest received their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount after presenting proof that the visa was not used within 1 week of the visa expiration date, except for the fees paid to consulates and similar costs. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
● Changes may occur in the routes according to the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and due to high season or special periods, the hotels may vary. The guest has accepted and recognized the risk of timing changes and hotel changes upon purchasing the tour.
● Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Extra bed applications are made in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantees cannot be made for three separate beds in triple rooms; hotels will block rooms according to their availability if suitable rooms are available.
● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
● The breakfasts offered in hotels are continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● At the time of booking/registration, it is necessary to provide the first name and last name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the travel passport, and this information must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● Our guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts the day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If fined due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain visas for one or more countries or the inability to enter through the border gates. In such cases, BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible as this is beyond their control, which is acknowledged by the parties.
● In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra visit is completed. After the tour is completed, the bus will pick up these guests and continue with the tour.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions can be conducted on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most appropriate alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
● Tours that do not receive permission from local authorities for visitation cannot be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline apply in this situation.
● Last-minute delays in flights and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of such a situation or personal reasons leading to a missed flight, the guest is required to obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as per the previous item, to be obtained as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. In addition, if the group departure is missed, they may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Also, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, transfers between the airport-city or airport-hotel are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. As the flight seats in our programs are group class, if the desired ticket can be upgraded according to availability, upon payment of the necessary difference to convert the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class may be required. The price difference resulting from this is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour starts.
● To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, you should check before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and receiving calls with your GSM operator.
● During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in, either momentarily or completely.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels as long as the category remains the same.
● BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. If the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
