● City Accommodation Tax (The UAE started implementing a nightly city accommodation tax as of March 31, 2014. This tax, determined according to the hotel category, will be paid directly by the guests at the hotel reception. 10 AED per night for 3-Star Hotels – 15 AED per night for 4-Star Hotels – 20 AED per night for 5-Star Hotels)

 Regardless of whether you have purchased a package with visa included or not, you must create a visa reservation in addition to your tour reservation. The responsibility in this matter belongs to the agencies.

IMPORTANT NOTES

● In Abu Dhabi tours, during the mosque visit, men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. Participants are required to carry a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

● In our Desert Safari tour, participants should wear comfortable and casual clothes, and bring a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour, and excess amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, waist, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.

● To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made with the local agency representative during the tour.

● Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the participation is below 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

● Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional congestion or the time of year. The prices valid during the purchase of extra tours will be applicable.

● Due to operations provided as VB in the tour program, or in cases where only category information is provided without mentioning a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.

● Our programs include guidance only for the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guidance services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. During return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide.

● Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the requested canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local suppliers.

● During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour date.

● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with the guidance from inside the vehicle without including entrance fees to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.

● Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities, roads being closed for any events, or adverse weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the above-mentioned tours in such situations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot when access is denied to vehicles due to closed roads or restricted areas.

● In our program, the guide will greet guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation before the time given by the guide.

● Hotels and other facilities provided in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, and another similar hotel may be offered, and no hotel name guarantees are provided.

● To prevent guests from being affected by currency fluctuations, we advise against exchanging large amounts of currencies. Old/worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destination countries. Therefore, reservations for extra tour operations will not be made with old-fashioned currencies that banks do not accept.

● As extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD - EUR parity will be applied.

● Since our package tours are aimed at traveling abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

● At the time of reservation, the specified tour program must be communicated to the guests, along with the general terms and obligations that are present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints that may arise during this information provision. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or may not be flown by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.

● To avoid issues at the customs of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and if it is a country requiring a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

● Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.

● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa where deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only takes on the role of an intermediary agency. BTB TOURS has no liabilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

● When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is necessary for the passenger to verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect entries on the visa and any situation that may prevent boarding.

● For passengers who will make their own visa applications, the provision of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times considering this time frame. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility for any potential inconveniences.

● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa Department, and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the trip agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount after the visa fees and any similar charges paid to the consulates, within one week after presenting their passport to prove that they did not utilize their visa before the visa expiration date. However, if the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of another visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

● Depending on the city the plane will land in, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been disclosed at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

● Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have extra bed applications, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee is provided for three separate beds in triple rooms, and if suitable rooms are available, hotels will block them according to availability.

● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.

● The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

● At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees arising from incorrect information resulting in flight ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guest.

● Guests must have travel and health insurance valid from one day before the tour date until one day after and carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of penalties incurred due to not carrying their travel insurance, the responsibility rests with the guests.

● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, prior entry-exit into some countries may result in the inability to obtain visas for one or more other countries, or may lead to restrictions at border crossings, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations, which are beyond BTB TOURS' control.

● To ensure the economic benefit and time efficiency of the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in excursions conducted on the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the end of the group excursion. At the end of the excursion, the bus will collect these guests, and our trip will continue.

● Panoramic city tours are conducted for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days than specified, as long as the content does not change, or may not occur depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours will be organized with a minimum participation of 20 people, and if sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.

● Tours or trips for which local authorities do not permit visits or access will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.

● The flight places in our programs are group seats, and the departure-return ticket is arranged as one single ticket. In the event that the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled as well. The rules of the airline apply in this situation.

● Any last-minute flight delays and gate changes will be shown on the information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by passengers. In the case of missing a flight due to this situation or personal reasons, the passenger must bear the cost of their new ticket (as per the previous clause, if necessary as a departure-return ticket). Furthermore, passengers who miss the group flight may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in this case, the responsibility rests with the passenger. Additionally, if traveling with a flight different from the group's, the transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is the passenger's responsibility.

● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the respective flight after the tickets have been issued. The flight places in our programs are from the group class, so in cases where the desired ticket is available, upgrading may require the payment of a difference indicated by the airline to change the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class. The price difference arising from this situation is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before the tour commencement.

● To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/international receiving, with your GSM operator.

● During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings completely when departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels you use.

● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels while maintaining the same category.

● BTB TOURS is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items during the tour.

● Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent must be obtained from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights not occurring due to the absence of consent.

● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
