Day 1: Istanbul – Barcelona
Meetings at 07:05 at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal in front of Pegasus Airlines counter with our valued guests. After check-in and baggage procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines PC 1091 scheduled at 10:10 to Barcelona. Arrival at 12:50 local time. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. The capital of the Catalonia Autonomous Community and home to the magnificent works of architect Antoni Gaudi, Spain’s second-largest city, attracts four times more tourists than its population due to its landmarks. The “Unfinished Cathedral” La Sagrada Familia, Spain and Catalonia Square, Gaudi’s Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street and Port Olimpic are among the sightseeing spots. After the city tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2: Barcelona
After breakfast, guests who wish can join the optional Girona & Figueras Tour (75 Euros). We start with Girona, a charming medieval city along the Onyar River reminiscent of Florence and the most affluent city of the region. Known for its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also a filming location for the perfume movie. During the panoramic tour, we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, houses with Mezuzahs, Jewish Quarter, La Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we head towards Figueras, where the surrealist artist Salvador Dali lived and inspired by the borderless atmosphere. Here, we will visit the Museum of Salvador Dali’s house, decorated by Dali himself. The museum contains priceless works, including those depicting his everlasting love Gala. After the visit, transfer to the hotel. For those who wish, we offer an optional Gothic Quarter and Tapas Tour (60 Euros). Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3: Barcelona – Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, depart by our private bus towards Madrid. On the way, guests can join the optional Zaragoza Tour (30 Euros). During the tour, places such as the Ebro River, the main Cathedral Pilar, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Spain Square, and the Pilar Bridge will be visited. After the tour, we continue to Madrid. Begin the panoramic city tour with the grand square Plaza Mayor, which has 136 buildings and 437 balconies. Historically used for bullfights and executions. The city center Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace (Public Audience Hall), the Alcala Gate representing the city’s wealth, Gran Via with its grand balconies, Colon Square, Cibeles Fountain, and Cervantes Monument are among the highlights. After the tour, return to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4: Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who desire can join the optional Toledo Tour (70 Euros). Toledo is an open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known for its impressive cathedral and works by renowned painters, it competes with world-class museums. Called the city of El Greco, it has preserved its architecture from Roman, Visigothic, Arabic, Gothic, and Renaissance periods, with narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, traditional bakeries, Damascene shops, and the famous cathedral. A local tradition is the almond marzipan made since the Arabic conquest, which must be tasted before concluding the visit. We will walk through the Jewish Quarter and then head back to Madrid. For those wishing to enjoy an entertaining evening, an optional Dinner Flamenco Night (75 Euros) is available. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5: Madrid – Istanbul
After breakfast, free time depending on flight time. Optional shopping at Las Rozas Outlet (40 Euros). Then transfer to Madrid Airport. After completing check-in and baggage procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines PC 1102 scheduled at 17:00 to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul at 22:05 local time and end of our tour.
