Meet in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 21:00. We complete check-in procedures.
Day 2: DohaAfter passport and customs procedures, we depart for Doha on Pegasus Airlines flight PC602 at 00:05. We arrive locally at 04:10. After passport procedures, transfer to our hotel with the vehicle waiting at the airport. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we start our panoramic Doha city tour. We will witness the magnificent skyline of the city, the perfect harmony of modern structures and traditional architecture. Our tour begins along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. We will see iconic structures such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the historic Doha Old Port, and the Museum of Islamic Art. Then, we will explore the thoughtfully designed Katara Cultural Village by walking. We will capture the breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf from the picturesque Doha Corniche and explore the luxury residences, endless dining and shopping options, and the man-made island project, Pearl Island. After Pearl Island, we will visit Lusail Marina, which features a star-shaped Doha skyline and the must-see Lusail Stadium, and take photos to immortalize these moments. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish can join an additional Dhow Cruise Dinner Tour. Overnight at the hotel.

We explore Doha at sunset with traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying tea, coffee, and date treats, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. After the open buffet dinner, we wait for the buses to transfer us back to the hotel.
Day 3: DohaMorning, after breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join an additional ‘Qatar Cultural Tour and Illusion Museum and Evening Dinner in Doha Desert Safari’. Overnight at the hotel.
Extra Tour: Qatar Cultural Tour, Illusion Museum – Per Person: 100 Euros
Visit the Education City established by the Emir’s family, home to the Qatar Foundation, including Qatar National Library and Minaretein Mosque. After these visits, we go to Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum features a surreal architecture that takes us on a journey through Qatar’s history. After this unforgettable experience, we head to the Doha Illusion Museum to explore the world of illusions and challenge our perceptions.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner in Doha Desert Safari – Per Person: 130 Euros
Experience unforgettable moments in the desert with 4x4 vehicles, enjoying the sunset. After the exciting and entertaining ride in the red sands, we go to the area where the desert meets the sea to watch a stunning sunset. Then, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert for dinner. You can also take a camel ride here.
Day 4: DohaMorning, after breakfast, free time and check-out. ***Check-out time at hotels is by 12:00 PM*** Guests who wish can join additional tours such as LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL shopping or Meryal Water Park. The tour leader will determine the departure time to the airport.
Extra Tour: Lusail Stadium, Katara Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping – Per Person: 50 Euros
Our first stop is the newly developed Lusail City, where we visit Katara Towers. We take our first photos in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We view the Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was played, from outside. We also visit Vendome Mall for shopping and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Extra Tour: Meryal Water Park – Per Person: 55 Euros
Meryal Waterpark, Qatar’s newest and most entertaining themed water park, offers visitors a unique cool-down and adrenaline experience in the hot desert climate. Located in Lusail, this modern water park features dozens of slides, wave pools, themed river rides, and wide relaxation areas. Our tour includes transportation from your hotel directly to the water park. Enjoy the fun all day, with various slide experiences, safe play areas for children, and the iconic visuals of Meryal. After free time inside the park, we gather at the meeting point at the designated time and transfer back to our hotel.
(The tour will operate with a minimum of 4 participants. Since the water park is closed for maintenance from February 16 to March 20, this extra tour will not be available during these dates.)
Meryal Waterpark entrance ticket, round-trip private transfer, and all-day park usage are included. Services not included in the tour are meals, beverages, park activities, rentals, and personal expenses.
Day 5: DohaPegasus Airlines flight PC 601 departs at 01:50 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Arrives in Istanbul at 06:10, marking the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- For Abu Dhabi tours, during mosque visits, it is necessary to note; Men should not wear shorts, women should avoid sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. It is required to have long-sleeve outerwear and a headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in the tour.
- For our Desert Safari tours, important considerations are; Sportswear and comfortable clothing, bringing a jacket. It is recommended not to eat heavy meals before the tour and not to drink excessive water. Those with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their condition.
- For extra tours, to benefit from advantageous travel package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 persons. In case of less than 20 participants, the price may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while maintaining the content.
- Depending on regional density or season, prices for extra tours may vary. The prices applicable are those at the time of purchase from the guide.
- Since some services are provided as VB (Included in the package) or with unspecified names or only category information, or alternatives for the same destination are available, hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the start of the trip.
- Our programs include meet-and-greet services at the airport in destination. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel’s reception before the specified pickup time provided by the guide.
- Guests must notify guides of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations may be subject to non-refundable fees as determined by the local supplier.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform 2 days before the start date.
- The panoramic city tours in our programs are arranged for city introduction and do not include museum or historical site entry. Maximum duration is 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide narration.
- If due to local authority restrictions, no permission is granted for excursions or sightseeing, those tours will not be conducted. BTB TOURS shall not be responsible for such cases.
- Tour program seats are allocated as per group, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may be canceled automatically. The airline regulations apply in such cases.
- For upgrading your flight with miles, it can only be done after tickets are issued, subject to availability of the airline. Since our seat allocation is group-based, the fare difference must be paid, and the ticket may need to be upgraded from the group-class economy fare. The additional cost is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets are issued a few days before the start of the tour.
- Guests should verify if their mobile phones are enabled for international usage before leaving Turkey.
- During your travels, ensure you take all your belongings when leaving transportation or hotels temporarily or completely.
- BTB Tours may change the order of cities and/or airline companies without altering the program content in case of force majeure or necessity.
- BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for any damages, loss, theft, or forgotten items during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with one parent need a consent letter from the other parent or guardian. Lack of approval may result in the inability to proceed with the flight, for which BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
- The general conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour.
