We arrive at the Flydubai Airlines check-in counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 23:00 to complete our check-in procedures.
2nd Day: Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 02:10 on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ756. Following our arrival in Dubai at 07:40, we set off with our waiting vehicle for a panoramic city tour. We first arrive at our breakfast location before the city tour. After breakfast, we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, where we will see Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping centers, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Next, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will have a photo break to see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a 7 km long walking path surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures as per the hotel's timings. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour in the evening.

We first board the Dhow boat where we will have our dinner in Marina. While sailing in the marina, we enjoy a buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we move to the Souk Al Bahar market, located next to the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, under the shadow of the World's Tallest Skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. Here, we enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic market that reflects Arabi culture. Guests who wish can spend free time at Dubai Mall to shop or enjoy in cafes and restaurants. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
3rd Day: Dubai
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden awaits you with its flower-filled world. In a 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are completely transformed into colorful flower displays. Walk along the heart-shaped path or stroll among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself in over 150 million blooming flowers, containing various attractions and interesting arrangements. Within the same tour, you will explore Al Bastakiya with its narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets, enjoying the atmosphere rich in history and architectural beauty. You will also have the chance to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, offering visitors a chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts various venues such as art galleries, cafes, and craft shops.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
You can have unforgettable moments in the desert, observing the sunset, by being taken in 4x4 vehicles. After an exciting and fun ride on the red sands, we arrive at the Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we will have dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancer performances. There is also the opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are included in the tour's free services. After the dinner and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel with our 4x4 vehicles.
4th Day: Dubai
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We depart from Dubai, passing the world's largest man-made port, Jebel Ali. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which ranks among the largest in the world and accommodates 41,000 people for worship at the same time. It is rich in unforgettable architecture and ornamentation for taking wonderful photographs. While discovering the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how the capital, once a small fishing village, is now a modern city. You will see its wide boulevards and skyscrapers in this ultra-modern Arab city. We will visit the Al Bateen area and the corniche road. After a photo opportunity at the Emirates Palace, while exploring the Heritage Village, a replica of the city's past, you will find Arab life in history, their traditions, and houses made of mud. Lunch will be taken in an open buffet style during the tour. After lunch, we continue our tour, which includes a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island, and then head to Yas Island, known for hosting the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 races. You will have a chance to take pictures and shop at the gift shop located within the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park. After the tour, return to the hotel.
5th Day: DubaiAfter breakfast, there is free time. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum and Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euro
Our pleasant journey begins towards Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai's newest and most popular destinations. Our first stop on the tour is Ain Dubai, the world's largest and tallest observation wheel. With the standard entry ticket included, you will have the opportunity to view Dubai’s stunning cityscape and unique coastline panoramically. Afterwards, a short free time will be given on Bluewaters Island. You can explore the restaurants, cafes, and seaside promenade of the island and take lovely photos. After the free time, we visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the most famous wax figure museums in the world. With the standard entry ticket included in this visit, you will have the opportunity to see the life-like wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and famous artists up close.
Optional Tour: Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour – Per Person: 60 Euro
Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the city's chaos and central points, is an excellent place to catch amazing discounts. You can find over 1,200 high-quality international brands in 240 stores, with discounts ranging from 30% to 90%. You are sure to find great opportunities in outlet stores like Baldinini and Atasay. Afterwards, we move to Global Village, which features all countries of the world and has transformed that area into a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has rapidly grown and has now become an essential part of Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you come for amusement parks, food, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there is something for everyone at Global Village. It represents over 90 cultures across 30 extravagant pavilions, 3,500 shopping venues, 250 dining spots, 40,000 shows, and over 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions. After the free time we will have here, we will return to the hotel.
6th Day: Dubai – Istanbul
After breakfast, there is free time and we carry out our check-out procedures from the rooms. (The latest check-out time in hotels is 12:00 noon). Guests who wish can participate in the optional Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour. At the designated time by your tour leader, we head towards the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FlyDubai Airlines FZ755 departs at 21:15 for Istanbul. Our arrival time is 01:10.

We start our tour at The View at The Palm observation tower, located on Palm Jumeirah, the largest man-made island in the world. At 240 meters above the ground, you will experience the privilege of viewing the palm's flawless architecture, the deep blue Arabian Gulf, the beaches adorned with luxury yachts, and the dazzling skyline of Dubai from a 360-degree panoramic perspective. Every shot here is a postcard, and every video becomes a memorable experience to stand out on social media. You will feel the splendor of Dubai from above in this breathtaking experience. Afterwards, we move to Downtown Dubai, known as the heart, energy, and showcase of Dubai. Here, we will go up to The View, located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, owned by the royal group. While walking on the glass walkway, the view of the city beneath your feet will accelerate your heartbeat; you will experience a sensation of observing Dubai from the sky. As you watch the lights of the city from above, the splendor around Burj Khalifa and the pinnacle of modern architecture, you will collect unforgettable memories. We will provide free time for guests who want to try out the glass slide and other high-adrenaline attractions within Sky Views; our tour will be concluded after dining and relaxing time.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be noted during Mosque visits; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts; long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves should be available for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
- In our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be noted; Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform their guides.
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment for the extra tour must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In cases where participation is below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices or the tours may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make schedule changes for extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on the area density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- Due to the processing of VB in the tour program or if only category information is provided without specifying a name, and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Our programs will include a guide at the destination, and the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where the guide has accommodated, prior to the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour departure date.
- City tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted with guidance inside the vehicle, which do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- Panoramic tours and other specified tours in the program may not be conducted due to closures of the sites to be visited by local authorities, road closures on the route due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted collectively by public transport or on foot when there are closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
- In our tour programs, the guide will meet guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the reception of the hotel where the guide is accommodating before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are subject to sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and a hotel name guarantee is not offered.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, it is recommended not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old type currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since purchases of extra tours are carried out in USD within the relevant destination, the same USD - EUR parity will be applied.
- Our package tours are aimed at international travel; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or the airline may refuse their flights from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- Due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, travelers should renew these passports to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited; furthermore, if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must have a minimum of 6 months of validity from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility for passengers not obtaining visas. BTB TOURS is simply acting as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no responsibility in personal visa applications.
- Guests are obliged to check the accuracy of the information on visas obtained through BTB TOURS as an intermediary upon receiving their visas. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors that may occur in the visa that may affect the flight.
- For passengers submitting their own visa applications, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, airline tickets, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests should adjust their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this period; otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can refund the unused visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, after presenting the passport. However, if the guest obtained the visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa brokerage firm and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be provided.
- There may be changes in routes according to the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and the hotels may vary in high season or special periods, so similar hotels may be provided. It has been communicated that these situations have been presented at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on availability of hotels. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee cannot be provided for 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast provided at hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During the reservation/registration, it is essential to provide and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance that starts one day before the travel date and ends one day after the travel date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country's police. The responsibility lies with the guests in case of fines incurred due to not having the insurance on hand.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain visas for one or more countries or may prevent entry at the border. In this case, BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible.
- To provide economy and time benefits for the group visit, guests who do not want to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the course ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick these guests up and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are arranged to promote the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days provided the content does not change, or may also be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient majority is not achieved, the extra tours may not be feasible or prices may change.
- Trips that local authorities prevent from being visited cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline will apply.
- Flight delays and gate changes that may occur at the last minute are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, it is the responsibility of the guest to personally purchase a new ticket (which may need to be a round-trip ticket per the previous item, if necessary). Additionally, if the group’s departure is missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if there is travel to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airplane seats in our programs are of group class, before upgrading to an economy class that is permitted, a price difference determined by the airline must be paid. The responsibility for this price difference lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before the tour takes place.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls.
- During your travel, when departing from or temporarily leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program or the airline without disrupting the content of the program due to unforeseeable circumstances or if deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent must be obtained from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that do not take place due to the absence of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
