• City Accommodation Tax (As of March 31, 2014, a nightly city accommodation tax application has been initiated. This tax, determined according to the hotel category, will be paid directly by the guests at the hotel reception. For 3-star hotels, the tax is 10 AED per night – for 4-star hotels, it is 15 AED per night – for 5-star hotels, it is 20 AED per night)

 Whether you have purchased a visa included or visa excluded package, you must create a visa reservation in addition to the tour reservation. Responsibility in this matter lies with the agencies.

***The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the prices at the time of purchasing the extra tour are valid.
***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be noted during Mosque visits; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts; long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves should be available for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be noted; Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform their guides.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment for the extra tour must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In cases where participation is below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices or the tours may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make schedule changes for extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on the area density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the processing of VB in the tour program or if only category information is provided without specifying a name, and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs will include a guide at the destination, and the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where the guide has accommodated, prior to the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour departure date.
• City tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted with guidance inside the vehicle, which do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other specified tours in the program may not be conducted due to closures of the sites to be visited by local authorities, road closures on the route due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted collectively by public transport or on foot when there are closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the reception of the hotel where the guide is accommodating before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are subject to sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and a hotel name guarantee is not offered.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, it is recommended not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old type currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since purchases of extra tours are carried out in USD within the relevant destination, the same USD - EUR parity will be applied.
• Our package tours are aimed at international travel; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or the airline may refuse their flights from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
• Due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, travelers should renew these passports to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited; furthermore, if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must have a minimum of 6 months of validity from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility for passengers not obtaining visas. BTB TOURS is simply acting as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no responsibility in personal visa applications.
• Guests are obliged to check the accuracy of the information on visas obtained through BTB TOURS as an intermediary upon receiving their visas. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors that may occur in the visa that may affect the flight.
• For passengers submitting their own visa applications, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, airline tickets, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests should adjust their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this period; otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can refund the unused visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, after presenting the passport. However, if the guest obtained the visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa brokerage firm and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be provided.
• There may be changes in routes according to the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and the hotels may vary in high season or special periods, so similar hotels may be provided. It has been communicated that these situations have been presented at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided based on availability of hotels. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee cannot be provided for 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast provided at hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, it is essential to provide and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance that starts one day before the travel date and ends one day after the travel date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country's police. The responsibility lies with the guests in case of fines incurred due to not having the insurance on hand.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain visas for one or more countries or may prevent entry at the border. In this case, BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible.
• To provide economy and time benefits for the group visit, guests who do not want to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the course ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick these guests up and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are arranged to promote the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days provided the content does not change, or may also be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient majority is not achieved, the extra tours may not be feasible or prices may change.
• Trips that local authorities prevent from being visited cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline will apply.
• Flight delays and gate changes that may occur at the last minute are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, it is the responsibility of the guest to personally purchase a new ticket (which may need to be a round-trip ticket per the previous item, if necessary). Additionally, if the group’s departure is missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if there is travel to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airplane seats in our programs are of group class, before upgrading to an economy class that is permitted, a price difference determined by the airline must be paid. The responsibility for this price difference lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before the tour takes place.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls.
• During your travel, when departing from or temporarily leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program or the airline without disrupting the content of the program due to unforeseeable circumstances or if deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent must be obtained from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that do not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
