IMPORTANT NOTES
• The agency will assist with visa applications provided that passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for overseas trips.
• The agency is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Immigration officers have the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the traveler.
• Hotels may provide extra bed arrangements in triple rooms, meaning the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels may not have a third bed arrangement; the agency will inform guests during the sales process for packages involving such hotels.
• Child prices are only valid if children are accommodated as the 3rd and 4th persons in the same room and cabin as their parents. For the 0-2 age category, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the tour return date, and for the 3-12 age category, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour return date.
• The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the agency will inform guests about cancellation/change at least 21 days before the tour departure.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure. Passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging that flight details may change.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The agency reserves the right to change the hotels mentioned in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Excursions are organized with a specific participant requirement. They may not be held if the participation is insufficient. In such cases, prices may be revised by the guide, and new arrangements made.
• Guests who will not participate in extra excursions during the journey will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is applicable.
• During the cruise, out of your dinner meals, 2 will be formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger brings at least one suit, and females at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit at previously established places.
• At check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception when collecting cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board, except for the casino. The Euro currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, you will receive suitcase tags in certain colors along with your ship ticket for all your bags. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late at night on the first departure day due to high volume and crowds. This is a situation that is the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items in a small bag with you on the day you board the ship.
• It is imperative to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's scheduled departure. Otherwise, you may be unable to board. The agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your bags by placing previously designated tags on them and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by midnight. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect luggage from the designated station. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECTS THEIR LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS ON HAND. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRY TO THE COUNTRY/SHIP OF GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS IS THEIR OWN.
