IMPORTANT NOTES
- If the passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENT will assist with visa acquisitions. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
- The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the necessary documents for the visa on time and completely.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry to the individual. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- In hotels with triple rooms, additional beds may be smaller than standard beds. In some hotels, there may not be a third bed option at all. AGENT will inform its guests during the sales process regarding such hotels included in the packages.
- Child prices are only valid if the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. In the case of children aged 0-2, they must be under 2 years on the return date of the tour; for children aged 3-12, they must be under 12 years on the return date of the tour.
- For reasons beyond its control, the AGENT reserves the right to change the program.
- If the participation for the tour is insufficient, the AGENT will inform its guests about the cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
- AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- Domestic low-cost flights include a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
- The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided they remain in the same category.
- Extra tours are organized under a certain participation condition. If the participation is insufficient, they cannot be conducted. The guide may revise prices and make new arrangements if the number of participants is inadequate.
- Guests who will not participate in extra tours during the journey will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city.
- Tour activities that local authorities do not permit to visit for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- In case of cancellation and change, the “AGENT SALES CONTRACT” is valid.
- During the cruise, two of the evening dinners will be formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger has at least one suit and female passengers have at least one evening gown.
- The restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner during the cruise will be predetermined and numbered according to the names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the predetermined places from the first meal to the last meal on board.
- At check-in for the cruise, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or make a cash deposit to the ship's reception when receiving cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except for the casino. The currency used on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hairdryers, etc. on board.
- At the beginning of our cruise trip, colored luggage tags for all our bags will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise terminal.
- Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late at night on the first day of the cruise. This is due to the intensity and crowds and is strictly the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your essential needs in a small handbag on the first day you board the ship.
- Compliance with the ship's departure times is absolutely essential. Passengers must enter the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such a case, our agency will not be responsible.
- At the end of our cruise trip, you must collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabin doors until 00:00. After the disembarkation process, our group will collect their bags from the station where our group's luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECTS THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
- ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRPLANE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY / SHIP ENTRY.
