IMPORTANT NOTES
- Provided that the passports and necessary documents are delivered completely, the AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
- The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- In hotels, additional bed applications in triple rooms may mean that the third bed could be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be a third bed application at all. The AGENCY will inform its guests about such hotels during the sales process.
- Children's prices are valid only on the condition that they stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the return date of the tour, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the return date of the tour.
- Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
- If there is insufficient participation for the tour, the AGENCY will inform its guests of cancellation/change at least 21 days prior to the tour departure.
- AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and it is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All times should be confirmed 48 hours before the travel date. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the awareness and acceptance that their flight details may change.
- Domestic low-cost flights have a luggage allowance of 20 kg.
- The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided they remain in the same category.
- Extra tours are organized with a certain participation requirement. In cases of insufficient participation, they may not be held. If the number of participants remains insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
- Guests who will not participate in extra tours held along the way will be directed to rest areas located before the city entrances by our guide.
- Any tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities during the tour will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- In case of cancellation and change, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is applicable.
- During the cruise, 2 of the dinner meals you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger who wishes to dine here brings at least one suit, and females at least one evening dress.
- During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to the names. Therefore, from the first meal taken on the ship to the last meal, everyone will sit in pre-allocated places.
- During the check-in at the ship, every passenger (one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception when receiving their cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The ship accepts EUR currency and credit cards. You can find out all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring items like alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship.
- At the beginning of our cruise, specific colored luggage tags for all of our group's luggage will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
- Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late on the first departure day. This is due to the busyness and crowd and is absolutely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for the first day in a small carry-on bag and take it with you.
- It is absolutely necessary to comply with the ship's departure times. At the ports, guests must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such cases, our agency will not be responsible.
- At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage by attaching the previously delivered tags to your cabins and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect luggage from the station where the collected luggage is located. WE REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
- ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
