1.    Gün    İSTANBUL – KOPENHAG
Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı Dış Hatlar gidiş terminali Pegasus Hava Yolları kontuarı önünde saat 06.30 buluşma. Pegasus havayolları PC  1071 sefer sayılı uçağı ile saat 09:40 Kopenhag’a hareket. Yerel saat ile 12:00 varışımızın ardından bizi bekleyen otobüsümüze biniyoruz ve limana doğru yola çıkıyoruz. Check in işlemlerinin ardından kabinlere yerleşme için serbest zaman. Gemimiz akşam 18:00’da limandan ayrılıyor. 

2.    Gün    DENİZDE SEYİR
Denizde seyir halinde geçecek olan bu günde geminin açık ve kapalı havuzlarından, fitness sauna gibi aktivitelerinden ya da gümrüksüz mağazalardan alışveriş yaparak zamanınızı geçirebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında şovlar ve müzik eşliğinde barda eğlenceli vakit geçirip kumarhanede şansınızı denemek isteyebilirsiniz

3.    Gün    RİGA
Gemimiz sabah 07.00’de limana yanaşacaktır. Kahvaltımızın ardından arzu eden misafirlerimiz rehberlerinin düzenleyeceği ekstra “Riga  Şehir Turu” na katılabilirler. Letonya'nın başkenti ve Baltık bölgesinin en büyük ve en kozmopolit şehridir. Gotik ve Art Nouveau mimarisini, güzel Bastejkalns Parkı'nı ve çok çeşitli mağaza, restoran ve kafeleri görüp keyifli bir gün geçiriyoruz. Gemimiz saat 15.00’de limandan ayrılacaktır.

4.    Gün    KLAIPEDA
Gemide alacağımız sabah kahvaltımızın ardından gemimiz saat 08.00’de Klaipeda limanına yanaşacaktır. Arzu eden misafirler rehberimizin ekstra olarak düzenleyeceği ‘Klaipeda şehir turu’na katılabilirler. Klaipėda, Litvanya'da etkileyici Baltık Denizi'ne bakan antik bir liman kentidir. Tarihi 13. yüzyıla kadar uzanıyor ve şehir merkezi bir Alman ortaçağ köyünü andırır.  Eski Sovyet Füze Üssü ve gizemli Cadılar Tepesi keşfedebilirsiniz. Gemimiz akşam saat 17:00 de limandan ayrılacaktır.

5.    Gün    TALLIN
Gemimiz öğlen 12.00’de limana yanaşacaktır. Arzu eden misafirlerimiz rehberlerinin düzenleyeceği ekstra “Tallin Şehir Turu” na katılabilirler. Finlandiya Körfezi'nde bulunan Tallinn, Estonya'nın başkenti ve ülkenin kültürel merkez üssüdür. Orta Çağ'dan kalma duvarlara, Gotik meydanlara ve kiliselere ve büyüleyici Arnavut kaldırımlı sokaklara sahiptir.. Gemimiz saat 23.00’da limandan ayrılacaktır.

6.    Gün    HELSİNKİ
Gemimiz sabah 07.00’de limana yanaşacaktır. Arzu eden misafirlerimiz rehberlerinin düzenleyeceği ekstra “Helsinki  Şehir Turu” na katılabilirler. Finlandiya'nın başkenti Helsinki, büyüleyici bir  destinasyondur. Bu karizmatik başkent, zarif Neoklasik cepheleri, tarihi müzeleri ve ağaçlarla çevrili yemyeşil bulvarlarıyla ünlüdür. Gemimiz saat 16.00’da limandan ayrılacaktır.

7.    Gün    STOCKHOLM
Gemimiz sabah 08.00’de limana yanaşacaktır. Arzu eden misafirlerimiz rehberlerinin düzenleyeceği ekstra “Stockholm Şehir Turu” na katılabilirler. İsveç'in muhteşem doğu kıyısında yer alan başkent Stockholm,  On dört büyüleyici adadan oluşan  bu canlı kozmopolit şehri keşfediyoruz. Gemimiz saat 17.00’da limandan ayrılacaktır.

8.    Gün    VISBY
Gemimiz sabah 08:00 de limana yanaşıyor. Arzu eden misafirler rehberimizin ekstra olarak düzenleyeceği ‘Visby şehir turu’na katılabilirler. Gotland adasındaki Visby şehri, İskandinavya'nın en iyi korunmuş ortaçağ şehirlerinden biridir ve görkemli antik duvarı ve büyüleyici tarihi merkeziyle övülen, UNESCO Dünya Mirası Alanıdır.. Gemimiz akşam saat 17:00 de limandan ayrılacaktır.

9.    Gün    GDYNIA (GDANSK)
Gemimiz sabah 07:00 de limana yanaşıyor. Alcağımız kahvaltımızın ardından arzu eden misafirlerimiz rehberlerinin düzenleyeceği  ekstra “Gdynia (Gdansk) Şehir Turu”na katılabilirler.  Gdynia, Gdansk Körfezi'nde, Baltık Denizi'ne bakan bir Polonya limanıdır. Renkli bir denizcilik geçmişine sahip olan şehir aynı zamanda İngiliz dilinin en büyük romancılarından biri olan Joseph Conrad'ın ikonik bir heykeline de ev sahipliği yapıyor. Bu büyüleyici şehir, modernist binaları ve görkemli Kosciuszki Meydanı gibi ilgi çekici simge yapılarıyla tanınır. Daha uzakta, Malbork Kalesi ve hareketli Gdańsk kasabası gibi çeşitli turistik yerleri ile dikkat çekici bir bölgedir.. Gemimizin hareketi saat 17:00

10.    Gün    DENİZDE SEYİR

11.    Gün    OSLO
Gemimiz sabah 10.00 da limana yanaşacaktır . Gemide alacağımız sabah kahvaltımızın ardından arzu eden misafirler rehberimizin ekstra olarak düzenleyeceği ‘Oslo şehir turuna’ katılabilirler. Şehirde, kırsalda veya fiyort kenarında deneyimleyebileceğiniz çeşitli aktivite ve turistik mekanlara sahip canlı bir şehirdir. Norveç'in başkenti olan bu şehirde ayrıca çok sayıda heyecan verici restoran, mağaza ve turistik mekan bulunmaktadır. Gemimiz akşam saat 20:00 da limandan ayrılacaktır

12.    Gün    SKAGEN
Gemimiz sabah saat 08.00 de limana yanaşacaktır. Skagen Danimarka'nın Kuzey Danimarka Bölgesinde bulunan bir kasabadır. Skagen Müzesi, Deniz Feneri, Gömülü Kilise gibi görülecek yerleri olan bu kasabayı keşfetmek için rehberinizin düzenleyeceği ekstra Skagen şehir turu na katılabilirsiniz. Gemimizin hareketi saat 18:00

13.    Gün    KOPENHAG - İSTANBUL
Gemimiz sabah saat 05.00 de limana yanaşacaktır. Gemimizde alacağımız kahvaltının ardından gemiden ayrılıyoruz. Limanda bizi bekleyen özel otobüsümüz ile havaalanına hareket. Kopenhag havalimanına varış, bagaj ve check-in işlemlerinin ardından Pegasus Hava Yolları PC 1074 sefer sayılı uçağıyla saat 15:55’de İstanbul'a hareket. Yerel saat ile 20:00’de İstanbul’a varış. Bir başka keyifli gezimizde buluşmak üzere!

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Provided that the passports and necessary documents are delivered completely, the AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
  • The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
  • In hotels, additional bed applications in triple rooms may mean that the third bed could be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be a third bed application at all. The AGENCY will inform its guests about such hotels during the sales process.
  • Children's prices are valid only on the condition that they stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the return date of the tour, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the return date of the tour.
  • Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
  • If there is insufficient participation for the tour, the AGENCY will inform its guests of cancellation/change at least 21 days prior to the tour departure.
  • AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and it is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All times should be confirmed 48 hours before the travel date. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the awareness and acceptance that their flight details may change.
  • Domestic low-cost flights have a luggage allowance of 20 kg.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided they remain in the same category.
  • Extra tours are organized with a certain participation requirement. In cases of insufficient participation, they may not be held. If the number of participants remains insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
  • Guests who will not participate in extra tours held along the way will be directed to rest areas located before the city entrances by our guide.
  • Any tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities during the tour will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In case of cancellation and change, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is applicable.
  • During the cruise, 2 of the dinner meals you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger who wishes to dine here brings at least one suit, and females at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to the names. Therefore, from the first meal taken on the ship to the last meal, everyone will sit in pre-allocated places.
  • During the check-in at the ship, every passenger (one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception when receiving their cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The ship accepts EUR currency and credit cards. You can find out all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring items like alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, specific colored luggage tags for all of our group's luggage will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late on the first departure day. This is due to the busyness and crowd and is absolutely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for the first day in a small carry-on bag and take it with you.
  • It is absolutely necessary to comply with the ship's departure times. At the ports, guests must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such cases, our agency will not be responsible.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage by attaching the previously delivered tags to your cabins and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect luggage from the station where the collected luggage is located. WE REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
