Day 1: ISTANBUL – VILNIUS
Dear guests, we meet with you at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal at 05:00. After the baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Vilnius with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1407 at 07:50. We arrive at the airport at 10:45 local time, and then we will have a panoramic city tour, including Vilnius Cathedral, the Old Town, Hill of Crosses, Cathedral Square, the Three Crosses, and St. Anne's Church among the places we will visit. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: VILNIUS
After breakfast at our hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Trakai tour organized by our guide (50 Euros). Trakai is a city that spreads over an area of approximately 500 square kilometers, filled with nature and history, where we will visit the Trakai Castle. The castle is famous for its Gothic architecture and its unique location on an island in Lake Galve, one of Lithuania's deepest lakes. It was built in the 14th century and served as the residence of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. However, the structure fell into disrepair in the 17th century and was only reconstructed in 1951. The castle became part of the Trakai History Museum in 1962. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for the night.
Day 3: VILNIUS - RIGA
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart with our awaiting vehicle to Riga. Guests who wish can join the optional Rundale Palace tour organized along the way (60 Euros). It is one of the two large baroque palaces built for the Dukes of Courland in present-day Latvia, the other being Jelgava Palace. After visiting the palace, we continue towards the capital city of Latvia, Riga. Upon arrival in Riga, we will have a panoramic city tour, which includes Old Town Riga, the Central Market, the Freedom Monument, Riga Castle, the Art Nouveau Museum (from outside), the Three Brothers Architectural Museum, St. Peter's Cathedral, Dannestern Mansion, and the statue of the founder of Riga, Great Kristaps, made of wood on the banks of the Daugava River. After the city tour, there will be free time. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional dinner tour at Lido Center (50 EUR). The Lido Center is a special place built in the old Latvian style, covering an area of 5 hectares where both adults and families can have a good time and enjoy Latvian culture and traditional cuisine, featuring a wide menu with approximately 500 different dishes, along with an entertainment park for children and the largest artificial ice skating rink in the Baltics, covering 5,102 square meters. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Riga for overnight stay.
Day 4: RIGA
After breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Sigulda tour organized by our guide (50 Euros). Sigulda is located in the Vidzeme region, within the borders of Gauja National Park. The places to visit include Sigulda Castle, Gauja National Park, and Gutman Cave. The natural beauty of Gauja National Park and the Gauja River valley will captivate you. After the tour, there will be free time. Guests interested can also join the optional Jurmala tour organized by our guide (40 EUR). In this tour, we will explore Jurmala, a popular holiday area known for its white beaches and romantic wooden houses set among the forests along the Baltic Sea coast. The clean air, tranquil atmosphere, healing waters, and mud therapies make Jurmala a rehabilitation center for both locals and tourists, leaving us enchanted and tranquil... In this charming coastal town, where vehicle entries are charged to prevent air pollution, you can also enjoy the famous spas and cozy cafes along the way. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: RIGA – TALLINN
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart with our awaiting vehicle to Tallinn. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour where we will see the Three Sisters buildings, Tallinn Old Town, the Estonian Maritime Museum, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle, the Viru Gate, and the oldest and still active pharmacy in Europe, which has been in operation since 1422. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6: TALLINN
After breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Rocca Al Mare Estonian Open Air Museum tour organized by our guide (60 Euros). We will discover the life of Estonians a century ago amid beautiful nature by the Baltic coast. The museum features 14 farms, a church, an inn, a school building, a windmill, a fire station, and various shops, all dating back to the 18th century. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional dinner at the Viking Village (55 Euros). Upon entering the Viking Village, you are welcomed by a unique atmosphere surrounded by wooden houses, ancient crafts, and historical decorations. You will learn about Viking culture, traditional games, and daily life with a professional guide. Dinner will consist of authentic Viking delicacies prepared according to ancient recipes, including dishes made from meat, fish, and fresh vegetables, alongside traditional Viking beverages. The meal experience is enhanced by Viking songs and music, creating an enchanting atmosphere. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 7: TALLINN
After breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Helsinki tour organized by our guide (130 Euros). In this tour, we will visit the Government Palace, Helsinki Cathedral, Sederholm, and Helsinki University among other places. Then we will see the oldest part of the city, Senate Square. The Sibelius Monument, dedicated to the famous Finnish composer and Temppeliaukio Church, will be key highlights of our Helsinki experience. We will also pass by the Helsinki Central Railway Station, which is the main station for suburban trains and long-distance services from Finland. Among the places we will see and visit are the Rock Church, Kiasma Museum of Modern Art, the Presidential Palace, Uspenski Cathedral (Eastern Orthodox Church), Finlandia Hall, the Market Square, the National Theatre, the Opera House, the Olympic Stadium, and the Parliament Buildings. After the tour, we will take a ferry back to Tallinn. We then transfer to our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8: TALLIN – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at our hotel, we will set off for Tallinn airport at the time determined by our guide. After completing the baggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1422 at 11:15. We arrive in the city at 14:50, marking the end of our tour.
