IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the departure.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels in locations more than the specified km can be used. In such cases, the agency will inform you at least 15 days before the departure date.
• 3-person rooms can be assigned depending on hotel availability. These rooms have standard beds, and the third bed is smaller than the regular beds. The 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed plus an additional bed. The additional beds, known as fold-away or coach beds, are usually made of folding mattresses or extra beds, and participation in the tour is deemed to accept this bedding arrangement for the third person and/or children’s reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child sharing with two adults within the age group.
• The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts at the hotel, are generally limited continental breakfasts consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, prepared in accordance with the country's breakfast culture and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
• The panoramic city tours included are short 2-3 hour tours for general orientation, including museum and historical site entrances, without extensive tickets. These tours are subject to local authorities' permissions, and may include transportation or walking, but cannot be guaranteed if roads are closed or events prevent access, or due to weather conditions. Some tours on closed roads or locations do not permit vehicle entry and may be done by public transport or walking.
• You will learn the hotel(s) where you will stay at least 48 hours before the trip if only category or alternative options are provided for the same destination.
• Participant agrees that they will participate in the scheduled activities, not disrupt the program, and will pay any entrance fees, city taxes, audio guide expenses, and similar costs as communicated in advance to the tour representatives during travel. The participant declares to be fully informed about these costs.
• Promotions and Early Booking campaigns are non-refundable and cannot be changed by the guest once booked.
• Our agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airline, subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flights may experience delays or times may change before the tour and flight. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Travelers accept and acknowledge that flight details may change, and they purchase the tour with this understanding. Children under 2 years old do not pay passenger taxes and related service fees.
VISA
• For Turkish citizens, a visa is required. Visa applications must be made with a valid passport of at least 6 months after the end of the trip, along with the documents listed in the “Visa Required Documents” list, through our agency.
• Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and flights may not be authorized by the airline. The responsibility for this lies with the traveler.
• Green passport holders do not require a visa, but a valid passport of at least 6 months after the trip is sufficient.
• Possessing a visa does not guarantee entry; border control officers at entry points have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for these decisions; the responsibility rests with the traveler.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet or otherwise damaged should be renewed to avoid issues at border crossings, especially if a visa is required for the destination country, and the visa should be transferred if necessary. Responsibility for this is on the traveler.
• Minors traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border officials may request a consent document from the parents when entering and leaving the country. We advise parents and minors to be prepared for such requests.
