1st Day ISTANBUL – BUENOS AIRES
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will fly to Buenos Aires on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. After our flight, we will transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting for us at the airport and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
2nd Day BUENOS AIRES – DINNER WITH TANGO SHOW – BUENOS AIRES
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic city tour of Buenos Aires, the most European and cosmopolitan city of South America. During our tour, we will see the symbol of Buenos Aires, the Obelisco. We will visit significant squares such as De Mayo, San Martin, and Alvear, and explore avenues like Corrientes, 9 de Julio, and De Mayo. We will visit historical areas such as La Boca and San Telmo, as well as the more luxurious Palermo and Recoleta neighborhoods, and the modern-looking Puerto Madero. Parks like Lezama and Tres de Febrero, commercial and financial districts, La Bonbonera football stadium, and Casa Rosada in Plaza de Mayo will be among the panoramic sites we will see during our trip. After the tour, we return to our hotel and have free time to rest. Later, we will depart for our Dinner with Tango Show tour. We will visit a local restaurant that offers tango performances by the best dancers, singers, and musicians in Buenos Aires, where tango is still alive. After a delicious dinner, we will have the chance to watch a magnificent presentation of tango that appeals to the senses. After the tour, we will have a transfer back to our hotel and free time. 3rd Day BUENOS AIRES – SAN ISIDRO – TIGRE DELTA – BUENOS AIRES
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic city tour of Buenos Aires, the most European and cosmopolitan city of South America. 4th Day BUENOS AIRES – IGUAZU (Argentinian Side)
After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to Buenos Aires airport for our Iguazu flight with local airlines. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will take our Iguazu flight. Upon arrival, we will transfer with our private vehicle to visit the Argentinian side of the waterfalls. We will have a chance to walk on the trails that offer a view from underneath the colossal waterfalls. We will closely feel the power of the flowing water and enjoy the stunning natural beauty. We will walk on metal platforms right up to the Devil's Throat. When we reach the Devil's Throat, we will have the chance to feel the waterfall with all our senses. Transfer to our hotel in Iguazu and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
5th Day IGUAZU (Brazilian Side)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart to visit the Argentinian side of the waterfalls. After crossing the border, we will go for our Bird Park tour. It is possible to see hundreds of bird species from various countries, including local Brazilian birds, at Latin America's largest bird park, which we will walk through for about an hour. In addition to the birds, the park also features a Butterfly Section as well as reptiles like lizards, turtles, boa constrictors, and anacondas. After our tour, we continue to visit the Brazilian side of the waterfalls. A calm and relaxing walk along the waterfall will provide you with the most magnificent view you have ever seen. The sunlight filtering through the water creates a mesmerizing effect with hundreds of rainbows. While walking down to the Iguazu River Valley with our guide, we will have the chance to watch the flow of 275 waterfalls. After the waterfall tour, we will have the chance to experience this natural wonder more closely with our Macuco Safari boat tour. We embark on an adventure-filled safari with some of the most breathtaking views in the world. After the tour, we return to our hotel and have free time to relax. In the evening, we will depart for our Dinner with Rafa Inn Show tour. While tasting local flavors of the region, we will enjoy a show featuring South American dances. 6th Day IGUAZU – RIO DE JANEIRO
After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to Iguazu airport for our flight to Rio de Janeiro with local airlines. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will take our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we will transfer with our private vehicle to our hotel in Rio de Janeiro and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
7th Day RIO DE JANEIRO – SUGAR LOAF
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for a panoramic city tour of Rio de Janeiro. In Rio de Janeiro, where cheerful people, vibrant colors, and lively songs come alive, we will see colonial-style buildings, Sambadrome, where the famous Rio Carnival takes place, and Maracana Stadium over the course of our tour. During our walk along the mosaic tiles of Copacabana's crescent-shaped beach, you will have the opportunity to see its stunning beaches stretching for miles with white sand and feel a completely different atmosphere. We then proceed to visit the legendary Sugar Loaf mountain to view the beauty of Rio de Janeiro from a different perspective. The mountain takes its name from the first Portuguese soldiers, who likened its shape to a sugar sack. We will ascend via a spectacular cable car ride to the Urca Hill, which is the halfway point between the base and Sugar Loaf. Here we will have a short break to capture the wonderful view in photos. When we reach the summit of Sugar Loaf, we will see the breathtaking beauty of Rio from a unique angle. You will catch sight of Copacabana Beach stretching far into the distance, the indistinct outlines of the Two Brothers mountains, the intriguing and friendly Red Beach, Guanabara Bay extending to Niterói, and closer, the Botafogo and central neighborhoods of Rio. After the tour, we will embark on our Dinner with Samba Show tour. After having dinner at a local restaurant, we will go to watch a Samba Show, a dance performance that is synonymous with the country. 8th Day RIO DE JANEIRO – CORCOVADO MOUNTAIN – CHRIST THE REDEEMER STATUE – RIO DE JANEIRO
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move to Corcovado Mountain to see the Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the new 7 wonders of the world. After a train journey through the Tijuca forest, we arrive at Corcovado Mountain, where the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue stands at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. We will see the 38-meter high statue, which is recognized worldwide. However, the breathtaking views of the city along with the statue is equally stunning. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
9th Day RIO DE JANEIRO – SAO PAULO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of the rooms and have free time until the transfer time communicated by your guide. Those who wish can explore the streets of Rio de Janeiro, shop, or try local delicacies. We transfer to the Rio de Janeiro airport with our private bus. Afterward, we will take our flight to Sao Paulo.
10th Day ISTANBUL
After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures at Sao Paulo airport, we will start our flight to Istanbul on the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. Our night is spent on the plane. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services will come to an end.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where the tour is conducted despite insufficient participation, English guidance may be provided.
- In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning names, and/or when alternative options available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, you will be informed 15 days before the departure date of the tour by your agency.
- Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds can be folding and coach beds, participants agree that they accept the potential inconvenience and bed types that may arise in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who stays with two adults in the qualifying age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
- The services included in the tour program such as breakfasts at the hotel are generally offered in a limited menu typical of the country's breakfast culture and usually consist of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner with guide narration from the vehicle without including museum and site entrances, generally lasting up to 2-3 hours. If the tours cannot be made due to refusal of entry by local authorities, closure of roads for any events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Fly Express will not be responsible for the inability to perform the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be performed collectively by public transportation or on foot where access is denied by closed roads or when vehicles are not allowed.
- Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency through the tour information.
- It's necessary to confirm the flight times before taking domestic flights. If the guest separately books a domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they will not be able to claim any refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the trip or change of time. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise from changes to the tour. Fly Express cannot be held liable for this.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Guests without flights included in the tour must be present at the starting point of the tour by their own means and without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all of their transfers.
- To participate in the tour, guests who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with airline rules, who do not check in and board on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane will not be held liable by Fly Express for their inability to carry out the flight. Any costs incurred for missed flights, such as obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, will be borne by them.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs, and Fly Express is not liable for lost/stolen/unclaimed items. In case of forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery will be borne by the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide is not able to accompany guests individually as the integrity and continuity of the group is prioritized.
- It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge for meals, beverages, and online check-in services.
- During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times announced by our guide are based on the movement of the vehicle's wheels. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait during meeting times. In the event of a delay, the late guest must make their way to the next stop by their means.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with on the condition of a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of insufficient number, excursions cannot be conducted, or the extra excursion prices, content, and used vehicles may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the excursions may change as per the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archeological sites and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered as accepting to wait at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped at a roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- The participant agrees and acknowledges that they will contribute to the costs incurred for local guides, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and any audio systems that may arise during the tour as previously indicated in the tour program. The participant is fully and completely informed regarding this matter.
- The entrance fees for museums & sites included in programs with extra tours must be paid at the time of reservation to your agency or to the tour guide during the tour.
- In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about your hotel(s) 48 hours before the trip departure.
- Promotional and Early Reservation campaign tours cannot be canceled or changed by the guests.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, and hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is responsible for notifying these changes as quickly as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. The passenger may travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- The visa information specified in the program pertains to Turkish citizens. Our guests holding passports from countries other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Having all passport and tour documents does not guarantee entry into the country, as border police has the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid problems with border police at the customs of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is advisable to renew these passports and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, have the relevant visa in the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger in this case.
- Guests under 18 when traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents at immigration when entering or exiting the country; we advise sensitivity regarding this matter for guests under 18 and their parents.
