IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• In cases where the tour is conducted despite insufficient participation, English guidance may be provided.
• In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning names, and/or when alternative options available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, you will be informed 15 days before the departure date of the tour by your agency.
• Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds can be folding and coach beds, participants agree that they accept the potential inconvenience and bed types that may arise in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who stays with two adults in the qualifying age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
• The services included in the tour program such as breakfasts at the hotel are generally offered in a limited menu typical of the country's breakfast culture and usually consist of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner with guide narration from the vehicle without including museum and site entrances, generally lasting up to 2-3 hours. If the tours cannot be made due to refusal of entry by local authorities, closure of roads for any events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Fly Express will not be responsible for the inability to perform the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be performed collectively by public transportation or on foot where access is denied by closed roads or when vehicles are not allowed.
• Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency through the tour information.
• It's necessary to confirm the flight times before taking domestic flights. If the guest separately books a domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they will not be able to claim any refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the trip or change of time. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise from changes to the tour. Fly Express cannot be held liable for this.
• According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
• Guests without flights included in the tour must be present at the starting point of the tour by their own means and without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all of their transfers.
• To participate in the tour, guests who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with airline rules, who do not check in and board on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane will not be held liable by Fly Express for their inability to carry out the flight. Any costs incurred for missed flights, such as obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, will be borne by them.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs, and Fly Express is not liable for lost/stolen/unclaimed items. In case of forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery will be borne by the item owner.
• In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide is not able to accompany guests individually as the integrity and continuity of the group is prioritized.
• It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
• Some airlines may charge for meals, beverages, and online check-in services.
• During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
• During our tours, the times announced by our guide are based on the movement of the vehicle's wheels. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait during meeting times. In the event of a delay, the late guest must make their way to the next stop by their means.
• Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with on the condition of a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of insufficient number, excursions cannot be conducted, or the extra excursion prices, content, and used vehicles may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the excursions may change as per the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archeological sites and weather conditions.
• Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered as accepting to wait at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped at a roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• The participant agrees and acknowledges that they will contribute to the costs incurred for local guides, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and any audio systems that may arise during the tour as previously indicated in the tour program. The participant is fully and completely informed regarding this matter.
• The entrance fees for museums & sites included in programs with extra tours must be paid at the time of reservation to your agency or to the tour guide during the tour.
• In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about your hotel(s) 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Promotional and Early Reservation campaign tours cannot be canceled or changed by the guests.
• Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, and hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is responsible for notifying these changes as quickly as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

• There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. The passenger may travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
• The visa information specified in the program pertains to Turkish citizens. Our guests holding passports from countries other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
• Having all passport and tour documents does not guarantee entry into the country, as border police has the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• To avoid problems with border police at the customs of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is advisable to renew these passports and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, have the relevant visa in the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger in this case.
• Guests under 18 when traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents at immigration when entering or exiting the country; we advise sensitivity regarding this matter for guests under 18 and their parents.
