Day 1: Ankara – Lisbon
We meet our valuable guests at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal … at the front of the check-in counter. After ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1741 at 17:35 for Lisbon. Upon arrival at 20:55 local time, we transfer to our hotel with our tour bus. Overnight stay at our hotel in Lisbon.
Dinner: The guide will choose the location for free time, it can be booked additionally.

Day 2: Lisbon
After breakfast at our hotel, we start our tour in Portugal’s capital and largest city, built on the estuary formed by the Tagus River. We visit the Jeronimos Monastery’s church section, then stop for photos at Belem Tower and the Discoveries Monument by the Tagus River. We take a partial panoramic tour of the oldest neighborhood, Alfama, which was least affected by the 1755 earthquake and can only be explored on foot. On the way back to the hotel, we pass through Praça do Comercio, Baixa district, Rossio and Restauradores squares, ending at Marques de Pombal Square with a photo stop on Eduardo Park’s upper terrace. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel in Lisbon. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3: Lisbon
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Sintra. In Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, we visit the National Palace of Sintra, a captivating blend of Moorish, Gothic, Manueline, and Renaissance styles. Guests have free time to explore the town’s charming streets, filled with beautiful shops selling Portugal’s famous azulejo tiles. Afterwards, we proceed to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, and enjoy photos of the dramatic 140-meter-high cliffs. We continue along the coast passing through Cascais, a picturesque fishing village and popular resort town, towards Estoril, and then head towards Porto. On the way, we visit Obidos, a royal town known for its majestic castle, whitewashed houses, and cobbled streets. Afterward, we continue towards Porto and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Porto.

Day 4: Porto City Tour - Braga Tour
After breakfast at our hotel, we join the Braga tour available to all guests for free. In Braga, we visit the 'Bom Jesus do Monte' Church, one of the most important religious sites. The church is built on a hill reached by 650 zigzagging steps, which feature a stunning Baroque and neoclassical architecture. Guests can also choose to use the funicular. The church is a magnificent example of granite construction in northern Portugal. Locals walk up these stairs on knees during holy days to reach the sacred site. After Braga, we return to Porto and start our city tour. We explore the Boavista district, a modern commercial and business center, then pass the Queijo Castle at the Atlantic coast. We continue along the Douro River to Porto’s historic center, visiting Carmo Square, the Livraria Lello bookstore, the Clérigos Church, and finally, the Ribeira district on the riverbank, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel in Porto. Overnight at our hotel in Porto.

Day 5: Porto – Aveiro – Fatima – Lisbon – Ankara
After breakfast at our hotel, we start our return journey by bus. Our first stop is the city of Aveiro. Known as Portugal’s Venice, Aveiro features canals, the Aveiro River Bridge, University of Aveiro, old train station, and the Cathedral of Aveiro. After the tour, we have a short free time and then proceed to Fatima, one of the most important pilgrimage centers in the Christian world with roots that extend back to Andalusian civilization. We take a panoramic city tour here, then head to Lisbon Airport. We complete our passport, baggage, and other procedures before flying back with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1742 at 21:55 to Ankara. We arrive in Ankara at 04:45 local time the next day. We bid farewell, hoping to meet again on another journey.
