1st DAY ISTANBUL - HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottom Boat, ATV Desert Safari and City Tour Included)
We recommend that you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 05:00.
At 08:10, we depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 618.
Arrival at 10:50. After the necessary procedures, we head by our vehicle for our Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour (included in the price of your package). The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life in the world, with its colorful corals and various exotic fish. On this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (If you wish, by paying an extra fee, you can make this trip with SeaScope / Semi-Submarine and make it much more enjoyable and comfortable.) After our tour, hotel transfer and check-in. Your hotel accommodation is on an All-Inclusive basis. After lunch, we depart from our hotel for our ATV Desert and Bedouin Camp Tour. This trip, where you can witness the magnificent views of the sunset in the desert, continues with a visit to the Bedouin Camp. (The 10 USD per person fee for scarf, goggles and water is not included. If you wish, you can upgrade to a single ATV by paying extra, or use a Buggy or Spider.) After that, we start our Panoramic City Tour (included in the price of your package). Among the places we will see are the El Dahar District, the attractive Marina, the Sahl Hasheesh District famous for its hotels, the Al Mina Mosque, the city’s most important religious building, the Coptic Church, and the Fish Market, where fresh seafood caught in the fertile waters of the Red Sea is sold.
2nd DAY HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included)
After taking your specially prepared breakfast box from the hotel, we depart very early for Luxor by private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which are 5 years old, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, on our Panoramic City Tour (included in the price of your package), we will see the Ramesseum, El Qurna, the Temple of III. Amonthep, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, Corniche and the Nile River on Luxor’s east bank, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaonic Era that dates back thousands of years. In the continuation of our tour, we visit the Karnak Temple, one of the most important religious structures of the Pharaonic Era and known as the “never-ending temple” because each pharaoh added to its construction. (Entrance fee is included.) We will take a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made of alabaster, one of Egypt’s world-famous natural stones, are sold. Then, free time until the evening. (If you wish, you can join the optional Lunch Included West Luxor Tour by paying extra.) At the end of the tour, transfer back to Hurghada. You may have your dinner in the late buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since it is mandatory to travel in convoy both on the way to and from Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times announced by our guide. If you do not arrive at the specified time, you may have to travel to and from Luxor on your own.
3rd DAY HURGHADA - CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the rooms and having breakfast, transfer to Cairo by private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which are 5 years old, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, on our Panoramic City Tour (included in the price of your package), we will see the Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Memorial, Anwar Sadat Memorial Tomb, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, the Nile River, Downtown, Kasr El Nil and Gezira Island, and with our guide we will discover this ancient city, home to the Pyramids and, throughout history, a place that has hosted many cultures and religions. Then we will give free time in the center. (If you wish, you can join the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and Dinner with Show on the Nile cruise by paying extra.) At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and check-in.
4th DAY CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, check-out from the rooms. We depart from our hotel for one of the most exciting places of our trip, the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre and Sphinx Tour. (Entrance fee is included.) On this tour, where you will marvel at the architectural features of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, which has survived to the present day and where you will wonder what technology and means made it possible thousands of years ago, you will visit the Panorama Hill, the Valley Temple of Khafre, the Sphinx, the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Tickets to enter the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price and we do not recommend entering.) At the end of the tour, we go to the Papyrus Shop, where you can see and learn about the production stages of papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaonic Era. Then, we visit the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, whose roots also date back to the Pharaonic Era, and complete our shopping. After the tour, free time. Return to the hotel is at your leisure. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (Guests who wish may join the Lunch Included newly opened Grand Museum / GEM Tour by paying extra.)
5th DAY CAIRO - ISTANBUL
At 03:15, departure for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 583.
Arrival in Istanbul at 06:20.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 - You are required to confirm your flight times from our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of other airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets you arrange and purchase on your own without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and company may change the itinerary flow of the tour without changing the content.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of extra services purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to extra services. In order to avoid any issues, we recommend purchasing a guarantee package insurance policy from your agency. Since the necessary reservations have been made and paid to service providers, our company has no other application available in this case. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicle:
* For groups of 16 people and above, a bus is used,
* For groups of 9 to 15 people, a midibus is used,
* For groups of 8 people and below, a minibus is used.
5 - The itinerary of the tour, bus and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

**GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:**
1- A minimum number of participants is required for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C- If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour will be canceled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour:
A- If a health problem approved by a doctor report occurs for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made.
D- A guest who does not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by their own means at another point. If they do not prefer this, or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F- During the tour, our authorized staff will inform guests of the departure time at free time and break locations. If the guest is late, and if the tour flow is not affected, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait a reasonable amount of time or continue. Otherwise, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made.
3- **YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:** The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long years of experience in Egypt; all of them have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities, if any incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since your time in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, the problem is resolved by immediate intervention and/or, depending on the problem, a partial or full refund is made. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions depending on Egypt’s local and general circumstances, traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest error, delays due to technical failures, and similar situations beyond our control.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have any health issues, please consult our authorized staff to learn the conditions of the tour and decide whether to participate accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities involve certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please ask our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, please strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, strictly follow the safety measures given to you, and wear the safety equipment provided depending on the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- In places of religious importance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with the guest. Our company is not responsible for guests being denied entry to such places due to their clothing.
7- In some tours and activities, you may need special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuit, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, shemagh, shawl, bringing or renting them, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- Please inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary needs due to health reasons. You should know that in such special cases we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9- We especially recommend that during your stay in Egypt and on our tours, you do not drink tap water or any other drinks, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold openly outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such a case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- Like any prudent individual, we especially recommend that you join your domestic and international travels by obtaining Health and Travel Insurance.
