1 - You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled Pegasus Airlines flights may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may make changes to the flow of the tour program, provided the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the additional services. We recommend purchasing an insurance protection package from your agency against any mishaps; since reservations are made and paid to service providers, our company has no other possible action in such cases. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles:
* For groups of 16 people or more, a bus is used,
* For groups of 9 to 15 people, a midibus is used,
* For groups of 8 people or fewer, a minibus is used.
5 - Tour, bus, and flight routes may be changed in advance without notice, provided the content remains the same.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you purchase extra tours from us. Please note that the majority of Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt are providing tour services without a license and, in order to offer cheaper prices, are disregarding your safety and security. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver exhausted from fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food produced in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled can lead to irreparable consequences. Our company carries out all extra tours, as well as the entire trip, with our own offices in Egypt, our dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of industry experience, always prioritizing your safety and security. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend buying them from a corporate company that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you prefer, you can buy them together for a more “budget-friendly” option.
You can also choose one of the following payment methods:
- You can purchase them while buying our package tour by paying with a credit card through your agency. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either individually at list prices or with the bundled campaign prices.)
- You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt by paying cash. (Either individually at list prices or with the bundled campaign prices.)
- You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt by using a credit card via mail order. (Either individually at list prices or with the bundled campaign prices.)
