Day 1: ISTANBUL – IPSALA

After gathering with our guests at the designated departure points in the tour program, we take the route through Tekirdağ – Malkara – Keşan – İpsala, making necessary breaks, until we reach the İpsala Border Gate. After completing our exit procedures, we cross over the Meriç River and arrive at the Greek Kipi Border Gate. After completing the passport and customs procedures here, we enter Greece.
Day 2: IPSALA – LEFKADA
After entering Greece, we take a breakfast break along the way. After the break, we head to Lefkada. We pass over to Lefkada Island, one of the 7 islands in the Ionian Sea. We see the Agia Mavra Castle, built in the 13th century, and the wooden bridge at the entrance of the island, before proceeding to our hotel where we will stay. Accommodation is at our hotel in Lefkada. Guests may enjoy the beach and soak up the sun. In the evening, those who wish can go to the center of the island for an additional charge. Transfer fee is 10 €. After spending free time in the center, we go back to our hotel. Accommodation in Lefkada.
Day 3: LEFKADA
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, free time is given. Those who wish can participate in the extra Seven Islands Boat Tour (60 €). On the boat tour, we first visit Lefkada’s most famous two beaches, Porto Katsiki and Egremni Beach, which are located next to each other. Depending on availability, we stop for swimming at one of the beaches. Once back on the boat, we enjoy the lunch provided on board and have free time in the center of Kefalonia Island, the largest island in the Ionian Sea. Afterwards, we stop for swimming at Ithaca Island. Next, we see Papanicolis Cave on Meganisi Island and Scorpios Island, which was owned by the Greek billionaire Onassis, along with Madouri Island, where the famous Greek poet Valaoritis was born, before returning to Lefkada Island. In the evening, we have the chance to shop at Nidri beach and dine in the restaurants. After free time, we return to our hotel.
Day 4: LEFKADA
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, free time is given. Interested guests can participate in the extra Beach Tour (20 €). In this tour, we go to one of the popular beaches of the island and have free time to enjoy the sun and the sea. There are spending limits in the beaches of Greece. Expenses at the beaches are the responsibility of the guests. After the tour, we return to our hotel. In the evening, those who wish can go to the Vassiliki region of the island for an additional fee. Transfer fee is 10 €. After free time for dinner here, we go back to our hotel. Accommodation in Lefkada at our hotel.
Day 5: LEFKADA - ZAKYNTHOS
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, we check out of the hotel. After our land journey, we take a ferry from Kylini to the popular Ionian Islands of Zakynthos. Upon arrival at the island, we proceed to our hotel and have free time. Guests may enjoy the beach and soak up the sun. In the evening, those who wish can participate in the extra Cameo Island Tour (20 €). Connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge, you can watch the sunset, sip your drinks from the bar, and swim in the clean waters where loggerhead turtles also swim. After the free time here, we return to our hotel. Accommodation in Zakynthos at our hotel.
Day 6: ZAKYNTHOS
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, free time is provided. Guests who wish can join the extra Turtle Island Boat Tour (40 €). During this tour, we will first head to Turtle Island, also known as Marathonisi Island, by boat. If we are lucky, we may see giant loggerhead turtles in the water on the way and take photos. Once we arrive at the island, we will have free time for swimming. Guests can observe turtle nests and taste the famous pineapple cocktail. Afterwards, we visit Keri Cave and swim at the Oasis Beach, which can only be accessed by boat. After the tour, we return to our hotel. In the evening, those who wish can go to the center of the island, Zante, for an additional fee. Transfer fee is 10 €. After free time for dinner and shopping here, we return to our hotel. Accommodation in Zakynthos at our hotel.
Day 7: ZAKYNTHOS
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, free time is provided. Those who wish can join the extra Beach Tour (20 €). In this tour, we will go to one of the popular beaches of the island and have free time to enjoy the sun and the sea. There are spending limits in the beaches of Greece. Expenses at the beaches are the responsibility of the guests. After the tour, we return to our hotel. In the evening, those who wish can go to the Laganas region of the island for an additional fee. Transfer fee is 10 €. After free time for dinner here, we return to our hotel. Accommodation in Zakynthos at our hotel.
Day 8: ZAKYNTHOS - VOLOS
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, we check out of the hotel. We take a ferry to Kylini and then head towards Volos. Volos is the newest city in Greece with the third largest commercial port. In the evening, you can enjoy seafood in the taverns along the beach in Volos. Accommodation in Volos at our hotel.
Day 9: VOLOS – KAVALA - ISTANBUL
After having breakfast in the hotel in the morning, we head towards Kavala. After reaching Kavala, we have free time for a meal break. After this free time, we head towards the Greek Kipi Border Gate at the time determined by the guide. After reaching there, we complete our passport and customs procedures, have the opportunity to shop at the free shop, and then head to the İpsala Border Gate. Following the passport and customs procedures, we drive back to Istanbul via Keşan – Tekirdağ – Silivri road. Upon arrival in Istanbul, we drop off our guests at the points indicated in the tour program (along the return route) and conclude our tour. We hope to meet you in our next organization.
Accommodation: 3*-4* hotels will be used.
Children aged 0-6 are free on extra tours. (Excluding food-inclusive extra tours).
A 50% discount is applied to children aged 7-12 on extra tours. (Excluding food-inclusive extra tours).
Bus seating arrangement is made according to the order of tour purchases.
No rotation is made in the seating arrangement on the bus during the tour.
Guests may purchase the adjacent seat for an additional 90€ per person. (Throughout the entire trip)
GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not met; our agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour, including domestic flight connections purchased from our agency, will also be refunded, while visa services, and travel health insurance will not be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the provided services; if a visa application has not been made, visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and refunded. If the guest has purchased a domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of our agency, our agency shall not be liable for any refund requests in the event of the trip being canceled by our agency. Guests acknowledge in advance that they accept any potential material or immaterial losses due to the cancellation of the tour, and our agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not met, our agency reserves the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the package tour guide service will only cover the overseas arrival and departure transfers.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will subject the flight ticket costs, which do not have the right for cancellation, change, and refund, to a penal charge.
5- Guests have the right of cancellation without penalty, provided they notify our agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to by the airline. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the trip date, they can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and in case of less than 15 days remaining until the trip date, they can cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request timeframe, so guests should ask for information in advance. Our agency cannot guarantee refund conditions for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and are made through vehicle narration by the guide without entering museum or historical site entrances, lasting for a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to denial of entry by local authorities to places included in the program or due to closed roads because of any event, or if due to weather conditions, it becomes impossible to carry out, our agency shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of tours. Some tours may be conducted on public transport or on foot within the limits of possibility in cases where there are closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
8- Our guide may make changes on the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants or the closure of museums and historical sites while staying within the tour's content. This also applies to possible changes in flight times.
9- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation in the services listed in the tour or meal services is not made.
About Flights
10- Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- In scheduled and charter flights, there may be delays or changes to the flight times. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations of flight times by purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline rules; if a round-trip ticket is purchased and the outbound flight is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be made for participants in plane tours are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by guests at the airports prior to departure at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's website.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
16- Guests who do not have a presence at the designated airport at the times indicated by the airlines in accordance with the rules for participating in the tour, or who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these but do not board the plane, our agency is not responsible for the consequences of not being able to complete the flight. All costs related to the new round-trip airline ticket that will be required for guests who have missed the flight and for transfers in the destination area, etc. will be borne by them.
17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to which you are traveling. If there are domestic flights at the destination country, the baggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg on those domestic flights. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be performed after tickets are issued depending on availability from the airline (check with the airline you are a member of). No guarantee is given for upgrades for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are from an upgradeable class.
19- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees.
Other Matters
20- Our agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, our cancellation conditions will prevail.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) are indicated only by category without specific names in the tour program, and/or options are offered for the same destination, they will be informed to the guest by our agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by our agency 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
23- When purchasing a tour, the guest must accurately enter/states the name, date of birth, passport number as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, it should be checked with the service provider whether the phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by our agency. Every effort will be made to accommodate the preferences of guests regarding reserved rooms, considering hotel availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by our agency.
27- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast that is customary. Generally, it is served as continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a double room. Most European hotels offer 2-bed rooms that can be combined if necessary.
29- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types.
30- Any additional bed and baby crib will be provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, and it must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity of additional bed or baby crib in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an additional bed, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of folding/couch beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential crowding and bed types due to additional beds added to a standard room in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
33- In hotel reservations, if the number of adults and children staying is declared incorrectly by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to check the ages of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed available for the child. Child prices are applicable only if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts are only applicable for one "single child" staying with two adults and must meet the age criteria.
35- The daily currency exchange rate is reflected in TL prices. The applicable rate is the rate at the time of payment. Additional requests and certain extra services at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may incur extra charges, which are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes that apply will be collected by the hotel from the guest during entry or exit.
37- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
38- In case of necessity or as deemed necessary, our agency may change the order of cities in the program without changing the program's content and the main airline to be flown.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and our agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. Any costs incurred to deliver forgotten items to the country and/or person will be borne by the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports they may have regarding health issues.
41- For any additional expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the requested deposit upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and our agency has no involvement in it.
