*** Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.
*** Pricing is graduated, and prices may change during the day.
*** Participants have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date; cancellations made between 29-15 days can incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour may incur a 100% penalty.
*** The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, providing 21 days' notice to the participant, in case of insufficient participation.
*** During fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, hotels may be used farther from the indicated distances or the city center. In such cases, notification will be given to you 10 days before the tour departure.
*** If the tour program provides information without naming specific hotels, this information will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure by your agency.
*** Triple rooms are based on hotel availability, and the third bed allocated may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are often foldable or coach beds, tour participants accept that there may be tightness in triple rooms. Child discounts apply for a single child in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.
*** The services included in the tour package such as breakfasts at the hotel are generally continental breakfasts in line with the breakfast culture of the visited country and may be served separately for groups in a designated area.
*** Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designated for general city introductions and are conducted with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum or historical site entrance fees.
*** The days and times of extra tours may be changed by the guide based on the operational status of the museums or historical sites and weather conditions.
*** Sufficient participation is required for extra tours to take place.
*** Extra tour fees are paid to the guide during the tour.
*** In situations where only category information is provided or alternative options are available for the same destination, information about the hotels you will stay at can be learned 48 hours before the tour departure.
*** Maxserdmc acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the La Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
