*** Participants can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date; cancellations between 29-15 days incur 50% penalty; cancellations less than 14 days before will be subject to 100% penalty.
*** The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 21 days prior to departure if sufficient participation is not achieved, with prior notice to the participants.
*** During fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used at locations farther from the center, above the specified mileage. In such cases, participants will be informed at least 10 days before departure.
*** When hotel names are not specified in the itinerary, only category information is provided; options for hotels will be communicated by your agent at least 48 hours before the departure.
*** Triple rooms are subject to availability in hotels; beds in such rooms are smaller than standard beds. They typically consist of 1 large bed plus an additional fold-out bed or sofa bed, which are smaller in size. Participants in triple or child reservations acknowledge and accept the potential for limited space and bedding types. Child discounts apply only to children in the age group sharing with 2 adults.
*** Services included in the tour program, such as hotel breakfasts, are generally continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and served in a limited menu. They may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
*** Panorama city tours included in the tour package are for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.
*** The days and times of extra tours may be altered by the guide depending on the status of museums and archaeological sites, and weather conditions in the destinations.
*** A sufficient number of participants is necessary for the realization of extra tours.
*** Extra tour fees are paid directly to the guide during the tour.
*** When only category information is given or alternatives exist for the same destination, your hotels will be announced 48 hours before the departure.
*** Maxserdmc acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol.
