Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul – Tirana – Elbasan – Ohrid
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport, International Departures Terminal. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, take Turkish Airlines flight TK1073 at 08:00 to Tirana. Arrive in Tirana at 08:45 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will reach Ohrid, a Mediterranean town in the Balkans through Elbasan, starting our tour with a visit to the Square of the Port, talking about the statues there, and walking through the neighborhood of historical Ohrid houses where the shooting of Elveda Rumeli was performed, during which we will see historical Ottoman houses, the Aya Sofya Church, and conclude our tour with a presentation about the famous Ohrid Pearl, the biggest symbol of Ohrid city. After the tour, we will have free time. Afterward, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Resne – Bitola (Manastır) – Skopje
After breakfast, we head to St. Naum first with breathtaking views, arriving in approximately 1 hour. We see the source of the Kara Drin, which gave birth to Lake Ohrid. The stunning view here will take your breath away. Then we move to Resne. In Resne, we will see the Palace of Niyazi, one of the most famous figures of the Union and Progress party, who gained fame for his contributions during the Greek-Turkish war, and then we arrive in Bitola. During our tour of the city of Bitola, we will visit Magnolia Square, the Clock Tower, the New Mosque, the Bazaar, Ishak Pasa Mosque, and the Military Lycée and Atatürk Museum where you will experience the most emotional moments of our visit, as Atatürk graduated from here. After our visit, we continue our journey to the capital Skopje, where we start our city tour. Starting with the Makedonian side, which we could call the land of statues, among the statues we will first see the impressive statue of Alexander the Great, and then we cross the Historical Skopje Stone Bridge and experience how cultures change in one instant. We move to the Skopje Bazaar, which is one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. We begin our tour at the Bazaar with mentioning the statues at the entrance, followed by the Tour of the Davut Pasha Bath, Kapan Han, and the Murat Pasha Mosque, which has managed to survive despite earthquakes. After our visits, we will have one hour of free time for shopping at the Turkish Bazaar. Products include şuşka pepper, ustrumca peanuts, and chariks. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Skopje – Matka Canyon – Kosovo (Prizren) – Skopje (Balkan Night)
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head towards Matka Canyon known for its extraordinary beauty. After taking breathtaking photos during our pleasant walk, we will have a short free time before we meet our vehicle, and set off to visit the Ottoman Mansion from the 19th century located near Pristina, the capital of the world's youngest state, Kosovo, and the tomb of I. Murad (Hüdavendigar), who was martyred at Elbasan during the Kosovo Field Battle, one of the biggest victories of the Ottomans in the Balkans. After our visit, we will set out for Prizren, considered one of the sweetest towns in Kosovo. During our panoramic tour of Prizren, we will see the 17th-century Turkish Bath, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Fortress. After the tour finishes and some free time, return to Skopje. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Skopje – Belgrade
After breakfast, we set off for Belgrade. Following our journey, we start our city tour in Belgrade, the symbol of new vibrancy and vitality, one of the oldest cities in Europe, beginning with Knez Mihailova, the city's most elegant street. Then we move to the Belgrade fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded, but whose conquest fell to Suleiman the Magnificent. Within the fortress, we will see the Key Memorial, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, Sokullu Fountain, and conclude our tour at the terrace area offering the best view of where the Sava and Danube Rivers merge. After the tour, we will have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Belgrade – Sarajevo
After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Sarajevo. During our journey through the mountainous Balkan roads, we will enjoy magnificent views. Upon arrival, we will begin our panoramic city tour. We will visit Baščaršija, Europe's most notable bazaar. During our tour showcasing this cultural city, we will begin with the Sebilj Fountain, which has become a symbol of the bazaar, then we will see Morica Han, one of the most authentic points in the city, and visit Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman. We will view the Clock Tower, the famous fountain that has become ritualized, and the location of the eternal flame monument, we will then have free time, and guests can take photos at the Latin Bridge, where World War I began, during their free time. After the tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Sarajevo – Konjic – Mostar – Blagaj – Trebinje
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Mostar amidst beautiful views within the ecosystem of the Neretva River. We will take a short break in the charming small town known as Konjic, where Evliya Çelebi described the place as where horses rested/drank, then after viewing and photographing the Konjic Bridge built by IV. Mehmet, we will continue our journey via Jablanica. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to see the most beautiful nature views created by the Neretva River. Upon arrival in Mostar, we will take a walking city tour, starting with the Mostar Bridge (built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557, it is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in the 1992 war. However, thanks to significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. We will explore the old city bazaar. After some free time, we will move to Blagaj, the homeland of Alperens. After a short journey, we will get off at the vehicle parking lot in Blagaj and take a walk, where we will have free time by the Buna River's origin, where Alperens' Tekke is also located. Guests may choose to visit the Tekke or take the best photo of it from outside. After our explorations, we will transfer back to our hotel. Depending on the workload, accommodations will be in Trebinje or its surroundings, such Medjugorje or Blagaj. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Trebinje – Kotor – Budva – Shkodër - Tirana
After having breakfast at our hotel, we cross into Montenegro, which is one of the youngest states in the world. Our first stop will be Kotor, an important historical and natural paradise and tourist attraction. Here we will discover this charming city with a walking tour through Stari Grad (Old Town-Castle). We will explore notable historical structures such as Arsenal Square, Clock Tower, Shame Monument, Government Palace, Guardian Tower, Saint Tryphon Church and Square, Kalambaka (Tulumba) Square, and St. Luke and Nicholas Churches. After our guided tour, we will have free time to explore. Following our free time, we will pass through Budva, known for the relocation of fishermen now undergoing restoration for tourism, and enjoy views of the magnificent St. Stefan from above, which was sold to a multimillionaire from Singapore. Then we will head to Shkodër in Albania and from there to Tirana, where we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Tirana – Istanbul
After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin the tour of the capital Tirana. This beautiful city, which endured wars throughout the 20th century and was under the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha for 40 years, was rebuilt by Suleiman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920. We carry out a panoramic tour showcasing landmarks such as Skanderbeg Square, Ethem Bey Mosque, Historical Clock Tower, National History Museum, and Opera House. Some of the other places we will see include Parliament and Prime Minister Buildings, Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and Tirana Pyramid. After the tour of Tirana, we will have free time. Finally, we will transfer to Tirana Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will take Turkish Airlines flight TK1078 at 19:50 to Istanbul, arriving in Istanbul at 22:35.
