We meet three hours prior to departure at the international outbound terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, our flight to London with Turkish Airlines scheduled service begins. Upon arrival in London, we transfer to our waiting private vehicle. During the panoramic city tour, you will see the Parliament Building, Big Ben Clock Tower, Westminster Bridge and Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and the River Thames. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2 LONDONAfter breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an optional tour: London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat Tour (€145). We start with the London Eye, one of Europe’s most famous Ferris wheels. Located in the heart of London, this iconic structure offers one of the best panoramic views of the city’s historic and modern buildings. The London Eye, a marvel of modern engineering, is also perfect for romantic moments, special celebrations, or simply a relaxing city tour. From the specially designed glass capsules with 360-degree visibility, you can experience both daytime and nighttime views of London. As night falls, the city lights up in a different glow. Then, we head towards Westminster, the political and historical center of England. We will see iconic buildings such as Westminster Palace, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey up close, as we walk through these pages of history with our guide explaining their importance in England's history. Afterwards, we enjoy a boat tour on the Thames River, discovering new angles of London from the water. We glide along the river and see landmarks like Tower Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Shakespeare’s Globe. Experiencing the city's different face from the river, we will enjoy serene moments on the Thames. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel in London and have free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3 LONDONAfter breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an optional tour: Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet (€125). We begin our journey to Oxford, one of England’s most culturally and historically rich cities. Known as the university city and also the filming location for the legendary Harry Potter movies, we explore Oxford panoramically. The tour starts with the discovery of the magnificent buildings of Oxford University, which is renowned worldwide. You will see the Radcliffe Camera, Bridge of Sighs, Sheldonian Theatre, and Bodleian Library, among the most iconic structures of the university. Afterwards, we visit Bicester Village Outlet, where we will explore world-famous brands with attractive discounts — an unforgettable shopping experience! Located just outside of London, this luxury shopping village offers a step into the heart of the fashion world. We head to Bicester Village in our comfortable vehicle, beginning our shopping adventure. Fashion enthusiasts will find Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Michael Kors, and many other renowned brands. We will stroll through chic boutiques, enjoying the latest season pieces and classic collections, indulging in shopping pleasure. While our shopping bags fill up, the spacious and stylish atmosphere of Bicester Village makes the experience even more enjoyable. After the shopping, we transfer back to our hotel in London and have free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to the airport at the time indicated by your guide. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, our scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines takes us back to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport, our tour and services conclude.

• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency will notify you of the final cancellation date 21 days before the tour start date. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your agency.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specific names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agent 48 hours before the tour departure.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified km or in different cities. In such cases, your agent will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short, typically 2-3 hours, and are organized to introduce the cities generally; they include only bus interior guided narration and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If these tours or other specified tours are held, they may be altered due to local authorities' restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances such as closed roads or events. The agency is not responsible for the completion of these tours in such cases. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot when roads or sites are inaccessible.
• Triple rooms are subject to availability; in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds, consisting of 1 large bed and 1 foldable or coach bed. Participants accept the potential discomfort and the bedding type in these rooms. Child discounts are valid only for a single child sharing a room with 2 adults and within the specified age group. No bedding guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 years.
• Breakfasts included in hotel services are generally continental—consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee—served in designated areas and may be provided in a separate room for groups.
• Flight times are subject to change, as group tickets are used. You can verify current flight details with your agent. The most up-to-date schedule will be communicated during the tour briefing.
• For domestic flights, flight times should be reconfirmed before the tour. If a guest books a domestic connection flight independently or through an alternative provider, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled and no refunds will be issued. The guest accepts all potential costs resulting from changes or cancellations.
• According to airline regulations, if a purchased round-trip ticket's outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Guests on tour without flights must arrive at the starting point of the tour independently and without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for their transfers.
• The agency is not responsible for guests missing the flight due to late arrival at the airport, and cannot guarantee their participation in the tour. Costs of new tickets or transfers needed for guests who miss flights are their own responsibility.
• Personal belongings, bags, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of the guests. The agency is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. The agency does not guarantee retrieval or delivery of misplaced items and does not cover related costs.
• In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the group leader is responsible for maintaining group integrity and continuity; they cannot individually accompany guests during such incidents.
• When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as listed on the passport. Passengers must ensure their travel documents match these details; otherwise, cancellations or penalties may apply.
• Some airlines may charge fees for meals, beverages, or online check-in services.
• Seat number assignment cannot be guaranteed on buses during the tour.
• The departure time indicated by our guide is the time the vehicle departs, not the meeting time. All guests should arrive on time. The guide will depart promptly without waiting for latecomers. Guests who arrive late are responsible for their own transportation to subsequent destinations.
• Extra tours are organized by local agencies with a minimum participation of 20 persons. If the minimum is not met, the tours may not be held, or their prices and content may vary according to participant numbers, vehicles used, or scheduled times. Tours may be rescheduled or changed depending on museum and site opening hours, weather, or other conditions. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests.
• For standard packages, extra tours are optional; participation is not mandatory. Guests who choose not to join pay at the designated rest stops during the tour, where they stay until the tour's end, after which they are transported back.
• Entrance fees for museums and sites included in optional tours must be paid during the reservation or tour as directed by the guide.
• Participants agree to attend the scheduled tours and understand that additional expenses for guides, entrance fees, city taxes, or audio systems are pre-notified and payable during the trip. They accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided to them.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flights may experience delays or changes before departure or schedules may be altered before the trip. The agency commits to informing travelers of such changes promptly. Passengers buy the tour knowing that flight details may change.
VISA
• Visa requirements are applicable for Turkish citizens. Visa applications must be submitted with a passport valid for at least 6 months after travel end date, along with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list from our agency.
• The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where the longest stay occurs.
• Holders of green passports are not required to obtain a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date is sufficient.
• Visa information provided applies to Turkish Republic passport holders. Guests with other passports should consult the relevant consulates for visa requirements.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry; border control officers can refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for entry issues, which are at the passenger’s own risk.
• For passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise compromised, renewal and the presence of a valid visa in a new passport (if required) are necessary to avoid issues at border crossings. Responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent/guardian may be asked for a consent document at border controls. Minors and their parents are advised to be prepared for such requests.
