Day 1: Istanbul – Belgrade
At 9:00 PM, from Kadıköy Marriage Registry Office front bus departure point, at 10:00 PM from Bakırköy Ömür Plaza bus departure points, we depart for Belgrade. After completing passport and customs procedures at Kapıkule border gate, we cross into Bulgaria. Following the routes Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia, we proceed to Belgrade.
Day 2: Belgrade
In the afternoon, arrival in Belgrade and panoramic city tour. During this tour, sights will include; the Ottoman-era Kalemegdan (Fortress Square), the Tomb of the Mora Conqueror Damad Ali Pasha, Mehmet Pasha (Sokollu Mehmet Pasha) fountain, Belgrade Victory Monument, Fikirbayır, Stambol (Istanbul) Gate, Military Museum, Clock Gate and Museum, Nebojsa Tower, the meeting point of the Sava and Danube rivers, Flag Mosque, the site of the uprising against the Ottomans, Chukurçeşme, famous cafes and shops on Kneza Mihailova Street, Republic Square. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and rest, overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Belgrade - Ljubljana - Venice
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out and depart with our luggage. We pass through the Serbia-Croatia border, continue via Zagreb to the Slovenian border. Although both countries are members of the European Union, customs and passport controls are still in effect, so we complete the procedures and continue our journey. Those wishing can join our additional Ljubljana tour organized by our guide. Upon arrival, we start our walking tour in this small but one of Europe's most romantic cities. Ljubljana features the Ljubljana River, Parliament Building, Ljubljana University, Old Square, Dragon Statue, Dragon Bridge, Tivoli Park, St. Nicholas Cathedral. We meet at the specified time with the guide and depart Ljubljana, crossing into Italy to reach Venice. Transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3:
Venice after breakfast, free time. Those wishing can join our additional Florence and Verona tour organized by our guide. On this tour, first we reach Verona, home of Romeo and Juliet, where Italy’s marble and the most famous love story's house are located. We will see the old city, the Arena that still hosts concerts, the Palace of the Republic, Dante’s Brave, and Erbe Square. Then, we leave Verona and head to Milan. In Milan, we take a city tour on foot, reaching the famous Duomo Square. Here, we view the Duomo Cathedral, one of Italy's most important and architecturally splendid structures. We shop at Galeria Vittorio Emanuele and the famous Buenos Aires Avenue, then continue to Venice. We transfer to our hotel.

Day 4:
Morning, after breakfast, free time. Those wishing can join our additional gondola tour in Venice organized by our guide, costing 45 Euros per person. Upon arriving in Venice, we head to San Marco Square for sightseeing. We see the square, St. Mark’s Cathedral, Doge’s Palace, the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and other landmarks with our guide. Optional: join the extra gondola ride for a romantic canal tour. After Venice, we head to Florence. Those interested can join our Pisa tour. In Pisa, famous worldwide for its leaning tower, we see the Pisa Tower, cathedral, baptistery, and Square of Miracles. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay.

Day 5:
Florence after breakfast, free time. Those wishing can join our extra Tuscany region tour. During this tour, we visit Siena, the city whose heart is the Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. It features the Fonte Gaia fountain and hosts the famous Palio horse race. Siena Cathedral, a magnificent Gothic structure, is also visited. Afterward, we head to Rome. In Rome, we can join an additional tour with our guide; the tour includes Lake Albano, the villages of Nemi and Castel Gandolfo (famous for strawberries), famous for their natural beauty. We visit Castel Romano Designer Outlet for shopping. After this tour, those interested can participate in the "Rome Masterpieces" tour, exploring historic sites such as the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the bridges. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6:
Morning, after breakfast, free time. Those wishing can join our additional tour of Rome's masterpieces organized by our guide, for 40 Euros per person. During this tour, we visit historically significant sites including the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain (where coins are thrown for wishes to come true), Spanish Steps, Castel Sant'Angelo, and bridges. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 7: Rome to Bari or Brindisi
After breakfast, we depart towards the port city of Bari or Brindisi in Italy. Our guide may organize an optional Naples & Pompeii tour on the way. We will visit the ancient city of Pompeii, preserved in its original state following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, with ruins of shops, homes, theaters, and city squares. After visiting Pompeii, we explore Naples with sites like the Umberto I Gallery, Plebiscito Square, Castel Nuovo, Naples Cathedral, and the port. We then head to Bari or Brindisi port for the ferry crossing, with customs procedures, and departure at 11:30 PM. Our overnight journey will be aboard the ferry.

Day 8: Bari – Thessaloniki – Istanbul
In the morning, after arriving at Igoumenitsa port, we depart towards Istanbul. Those wishing can join the optional Thessaloniki tour organized during the way. During the city tour, sights include the Kordon, White Tower, Döner Tower, Exhibition Square, Ottoman and Byzantine relics, the largest church in Greece, the Agha Sophia Cathedral, Atatürk House (depending on availability), and walk along the lively cafes on the Kordon. After the city tour, we continue through Greece, cross back into Turkey at the Gümülcüne border, pass through Dedeağaç, Ipsala, and reach Tekirdağ. After customs procedures, we return to Istanbul.

For overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour date. Torn or worn passports cannot be used for entry.
For visa applications, at least a 6-month valid passport and the required documents listed by our agents for the visa must be submitted to the agency at least 1 month before the travel date with written approval.
In cases where exhibitions, congresses, events, etc., occur in cities, accommodation outside the designated area may be arranged. In such cases, hotel details will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour starts.
Visas must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country with the most extended stay, otherwise passport control officers may deny entry. The agency is not responsible for entry refusals or issues caused by visa problems.
In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
The agency acts only as an intermediary between the client and the embassy, and is not responsible if the visa is not approved, delayed, or contains errors. The passenger has no claim for compensation from the agency.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol.
At registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport must be entered into the system. Flights are booked based on this information. Any incorrect data may result in flight ticket cancellations or changes, and no-show penalties will be charged to the passengers.
Flight times may change before the departure and should be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the departure by calling the central office in writing.
The city where the plane lands may vary. The agency is not responsible for delays or schedule changes caused by the airline.
Passengers who do not confirm their flight times and route are responsible for any changes in connecting domestic flights.
For group flights, airline rules apply; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination. For domestic flights within the destination country, this limit may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled 21 days in advance and the consumer will be notified.
The tour route described in the program is an example; modifications may occur.
City orientation tours can be conducted on the next day(s) depending on arrival times.
Excursions listed in the programs may be conducted on other days at the discretion of the guide.
Additional tours on the route require at least 6 participants; guests who do not wish to participate will stay at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
Visits and tours to sites where access is restricted by local authorities will not be conducted. Alternative tours require a minimum of 20 participants; with fewer participants, the tours may be canceled, or modifications may be made at the discretion of the guide, including possible price adjustments. The agency is not responsible if such tours cannot be held.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining star ratings.
All hotel names in the programs are examples (V.B. and similar) to give an idea of star categories and distances. It does not guarantee the stay will be at the specified hotel.
Extra beds are available in triple rooms; the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and is an additional fold-down bed.
Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when leaving vehicles or hotels during the trip.
Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults within certain age groups.
Children under 18 must have a notarized consent letter from one or both parents if not traveling with at least one parent; this must be carried during travel.
In case of cancellations or changes, the "Agency Sales Contract" applies.
