At Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the Flydubai Airlines counter, we are present at 23:00 for check-in procedures.
Day 2 / April 16, 2026: Istanbul - DubaiAfter passport and customs procedures, we depart to Dubai on Flydubai Flight FZ754 at 02:10. After arriving in Dubai at 07:40, we meet our waiting vehicle for the Panoramic city tour. Before the city tour, we head to the area where we will have breakfast as an extra. After breakfast, we first drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most glamorous street, to view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and the Medinat Souk panoramically. Then, we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo break, we will see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues with Dubai Marina. This area features a 7 km long promenade lined with restaurants and cafes, where we have a brief free time. Then, we head to the hotels to check-in as per their check-in times, completing our registration processes. Guests who wish can join the extra “Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” in the evening.
Extra Tour: Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
We first transfer to the Dhow boat where we will have our dinner in the marina. While cruising in the marina, we enjoy an open buffet dinner, and admire the spectacular views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we visit Souk Al Bahar, located beside Dubai Mall, which is immediately next to the iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, combining a historic touch with luxury. We stroll through this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests can then enjoy free time at Dubai Mall for shopping or relaxing at cafes and restaurants. Afterwards, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 / April 17, 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, free time. Guests can join the additional “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour.” After the tour, we meet at the designated time for our transfer to Abu Dhabi Ethiad Arena for the Megastar Tarkan Concert. We travel with private vehicles for approximately 1.5 hours to reach Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. We enter the arena with our guide and experience an unforgettable night with the Turkish music star Tarkan, enjoying his world-class stage and special production. After the concert, we transfer back to our hotels in Dubai.
Extra Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro
Discover the world’s largest natural flower garden, Dubai Miracle Garden, which covers 72,000 square meters, filled with vibrant flower displays on famous buildings and structures. Walk along paths in the shape of hearts, or explore castles made of leaves, illuminated night views, and full-sized houses. Immerse yourself among over 150 million blooming flowers. Within the same tour, explore Al Bastakiya’s narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets, experiencing a historic atmosphere and architectural beauty. You will have the chance to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many traditional houses are restored, offering visitors a taste of traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Day 4 / April 18, 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests may join the extra “Dinner in the Dubai Desert Safari” tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Extra Tour: Dinner in the Dubai Desert Safari – Per Person: 80 Euro
With 4x4 vehicles, you will experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After a fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at the Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy a dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dance performances. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge during the tour. After the shows and dinner, the tour ends, and we return to our hotel with our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 5 / April 19, 2026: Dubai – IstanbulAfter breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. At the designated time, we transfer to the airport. After completing the ticketing and customs procedures, we depart on Fly Dubai Flight FZ727 at 13:30 to Istanbul. Our arrival time is 17:25.
Whether you have purchased a Visa Included or Visa Excluded package, in addition to the tour reservation, it is necessary to create a visa reservation. The responsibility regarding this issue lies with the agencies.

***The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the prices at the time of purchase of extra tours are valid. ***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 persons. If sufficient majority is not achieved, the extra tours may not be organized or the price may change.
IMPORTANT NOTES
● During Abu Dhabi tours, necessary precautions such as men not wearing shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts; and long-sleeved shawls and headscarves should be carried for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
● Precautions for Desert Safari tour: Sports and comfortable clothing, a shawl is recommended. Avoid heavy eating before the tour and excessive drinking water. Those with stomach, waist, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
● To benefit from advantageous travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agent during the tour.
● Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 persons. If participation is below 20, the prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
● Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. Prices at the time of purchase from the guide are valid.
● Since the program operates as VB or with unspecified hotel names, or options for the same destination are available, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour start date.
● Our programs include a guide to meet the guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time.
● Cancellations or modifications of extra tours must be communicated to the guide at least 24 hours prior. The refund policy depends on the local supplier and may vary.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified km distances. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the tour start date.
● The panoramic city tours are designed to introduce the cities, including museum and historical site visits, without entrance fees. They last approximately 2-3 hours.
● If local authorities block access to certain sites or events, or if weather conditions prevent the tour, BTB Tours is not responsible for cancellation. Some tours might be conducted via public transportation or on foot in such cases.
● The city tours include meet and greet at the arrival airport. For the return transfer, guests should be ready at the hotel reception before the guide's specified pickup time.
● Hotels or similar accommodations listed are subject to availability, which may fluctuate during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, other hotels of similar standards may be assigned. No hotel name guarantees can be provided.
● To prevent currency exchange losses, it is recommended that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old or damaged currencies are not accepted by local banks. Therefore, reservations using such currencies cannot be processed.
● Extra tour transactions are conducted in USD for the respective destinations, so USD to EUR exchange rates are applied equally.
● Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own language skills.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
● During reservation, the specified tour program and the general conditions and obligations listed below must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
● Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and airline flights may be canceled by the airline. Responsibility for this lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
● Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise damaged should be renewed to avoid issues at border crossings. If an entry visa is required, it should be on the new passport. Responsibility in case of failure lies with the guest.
● Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the guest.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The issuing of a visa depends on the consulate, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa refusals. Passengers accept that BTB TOURS performs only the agent role. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no obligations or liabilities. By registering for the tour, the customer agrees to these conditions.
● The accuracy of visa information (such as hotel confirmation, flight ticket details) is the responsibility of the guest; they must check the correctness of their visa details. BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for errors or issues caused by incorrect visa details or for flights being affected.
● The documents needed for self-application for visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically take 1 business day. Guests should plan accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays caused by this.
● If the guest cancels or is unable to join the tour, ferry refund of visa fees or service charges is not provided. If the visa was obtained through BTB TOURS's visa department and included as extra service, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, then the guest can only get a refund of the visa fee if they present their passport showing the visa is unused within one week after the visa expiry date. No refunds are given if the visa was obtained independently or via another agency and the tour is canceled.
● Flight routes may change depending on the city of arrival. Flight times and aircraft types are also subject to change. Accommodation may also be changed during high season or special periods, and similar hotels may be provided. The guest accepts these conditions when purchasing the tour.
● Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Extra beds are smaller than standard beds and are not guaranteed in 3-person rooms; the hotel may assign extra beds if available.
● Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.
● Hotels serve continental breakfast; Turkish breakfast is not included. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During reservation, the name, birth date, and passport number must be provided accurately, as tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect information can result in ticket cancellation or changes, and the guest bears the penalty fees.
● Guests must have international travel and health insurance valid from at least one day before the tour start to one day after the tour end, and carry the relevant policy with them. Failure to do so may result in fines imposed by local authorities. Responsibility for this lies with the guest.
● Due to diplomatic relations, entry and exit restrictions may prevent visiting certain countries or regions. These are beyond BTB TOURS's control, and the company is not responsible.
● To gain optimal benefit, guests agree to remain at a nearby location during optional excursions until the tour ends. The coach will pick them up afterward to resume the tour.
● City tours are sightseeing tours for city introduction, with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees. They last about 2-3 hours.
● If local authorities close certain sites or events, or weather conditions restrict the tour, BTB TOURS is not responsible. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered within availability.
● The airport meet-and-greet service is included in the program. For the return transfer, guests should be present at the hotel reception before the designated pickup time.
● Hotels or similar accommodations listed are subject to availability. Upgrades or substitutions may occur, especially during high-demand periods. No guarantees are provided for specific hotels.
● To avoid exchange rate losses, it is advised not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old or damaged currencies are not accepted at destinations, and reservations cannot be made with such currencies.
● Extra tours are paid in USD, so USD-EUR parity applies equally.
● As our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their language skills.

● Flight delays, gate changes, and cancellations are announced at airports. Guests should monitor these updates. Guests who miss flights are responsible for rebooking and costs. The group may be affected if the guest does not arrive on time.
● Upgrades for flights into higher classes are possible only after ticket issuance and if space is available, with additional charges paid by the guest.
● Guests should verify their mobile phones for international roaming before departure.
● Guests are responsible for their belongings during travel and at hotels, especially when leaving temporarily.
● BTB TOURS may modify the itinerary or flight carrier without altering the essential content or categories, especially in cases of force majeure or operational necessity.
