*** Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people.
*** Pricing is graduated and can change during the day.
*** The participant has the right to cancel without penalty for cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour date; cancellations made between 29-15 days may incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 100% penalty.
*** The agency has the right to cancel the tour with a notice to the participant 21 days before the tour if insufficient participation is achieved.
*** During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used farther away from the mentioned distances from the center. In such cases, you will be notified 10 days before the tour date.
*** When the tour program specifies only a category without naming the hotel(s) or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
*** Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may be folding or coach beds, so tour participants acknowledge the potential cramped conditions and bed types in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply to -age group- single children staying with 2 adults.
*** Meals included in the tour, such as breakfasts at the hotel, are limited to a menu typically consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, served in accordance with the culinary culture of the country visited, and may be served in a separate room dedicated to the group.
*** Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed as an introduction to the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guided narration, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites.
*** The days and times of extra tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites to be visited, and weather conditions.
*** The realization of extra tours requires sufficient participation.
*** Extra tour fees are paid to the guide during the tour.
*** When only a category is specified and/or when alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about the hotels you will be staying in 48 hours before the trip.
*** Maxserdmc acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
