1st Day ISTANBUL
We meet three hours before the flight at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport (one calendar day before the departure flight date).
2nd Day PHUKET
After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Phuket begins with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. We spend the night on the plane. Upon arrival in Phuket, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at your hotel.
3rd Day PHUKET
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the extra full-day tour of James Bond Island including lunch (80 Euro), organized by your guide. Our first stop will be Panak and Hong Islands, which have been the subject of many documentaries. This exciting adventure will allow you to witness the stunning natural landscapes between bays and caves with our private canoes. After enjoying a buffet lunch on the boat, we will visit James Bond Island, where scenes from “The Man with the Golden Gun” were filmed. We will have free time to shop from the Muslim villagers and take plenty of photos. The last stop after James Bond Island will either be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can snorkel, swim, and relax on the beach (decisions based on weather conditions). After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Phuket and have free time to rest. Accommodation at your hotel.
4th Day PHUKET
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the extra full-day tour of Phi Phi Island including lunch (80 Euro), organized by your guide. We will quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two heavenly coral islands near Phuket, via speedboats. You will have the opportunity to swim and sunbathe in Maya Bay, where some of the scenes of Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio’s film “The Beach” were filmed. Our second stop will be Phi Phi Ley, where we will visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at your hotel.
5th Day PHUKET – SINGAPORE
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. At the transfer time indicated by local authorities, we will transfer to Phuket airport. We will depart for Singapore with local airlines. Upon arrival in Singapore, we will transfer to the hotel with our private vehicle, distribute room keys, and have free time. Accommodation at your hotel.
6th Day SINGAPORE
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we will move for the Singapore city tour. The places we will see include Singapore River, the Parliament, the Opera and Court buildings, and the Merlion statue. Afterward, we will have a short free time for shopping in Chinatown. In the afternoon, guests who wish can join the extra tour to Sentosa Island (90 Euro), organized by your guide. During the tour, we will first visit the National Orchid Garden, the only tropical botanical garden in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2015. It is also one of the most important botanical institutes in the world, showcasing the splendor of over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids of these magnificent flowers. Our next stop will be Sentosa Island, Singapore's first and only entertainment island where locals enjoy their weekends. After reaching Faber Peak with our bus, we will take a cable car passing through 100 meters above sea level, offering a panoramic view of the island. The first visit on the island will be the Image of Singapore museum, highlighting Singapore's 200-year rich and colorful history. One of the attractions on Sentosa Island will be the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, where you will be part of the story with over 80 wax figures of famous personalities from Asia, Hollywood, Bollywood, and beyond. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the island. In the evening, guests who wish can take part in the extra Garden by the Bay (65 Euro) tour organized by your guide. You will witness the dazzling beauty of Singapore at night while walking through its living streets at any time of the day. During our visit, our first stop will be the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay is a 101-hectare (250-acre) nature park located adjacent to the Marina Reservoir in the central district of Singapore. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (South Marina), Bay East Garden (East Marina), and Bay Central Garden (Central and Kallang). The largest of the gardens, Bay South Garden, was designed by Grant Associates and is 54 hectares (130 acres). The Flower Dome is the largest glass greenhouse in the world, which was visited by 50 million visitors, a world record, in 2018. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. 7th Day SINGAPORE – MALDIVES
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, there will be free time until the transfer hour indicated by your guide. Guests who wish can join the extra tour to Universal Studios (95 Euro), organized by your guide. During the tour, we will enter the world of Hollywood studios via the silver screen. Blockbuster films such as Shrek, Madagascar, Jurassic Park, and Transformers are waiting for you along with 18 film studios and amusement parks. After the tour, we will transfer to Singapore airport. After passport and baggage procedures, we depart for the Maldives with local airlines. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the hotel with our private vehicle, distribute room keys, and have free time. Accommodation at your hotel.
8th Day MALDIVES
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. In the Maldives, home to the beautiful archipelagos of the Indian Ocean, you can enjoy water sports, water skiing, diving, and sunbathing on the white sandy beaches or participate in extra tours. (Night Fishing, Male Shopping tour, Diving Tour). Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.
9th Day MALDIVES
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. In the Maldives, home to the beautiful archipelagos of the Indian Ocean, you can enjoy water sports, water skiing, diving, and sunbathing on the white sandy beaches or participate in extra tours. (Night Fishing, Male Shopping tour, Diving Tour). Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.
10th Day MALDIVES – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and have free time until the transfer hour indicated by your guide. Then we will transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will begin our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines.
11th Day ISTANBUL
With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 15 participants. If adequate participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 21 days prior to the tour departure. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is executed, English guiding may be provided.
- In situations where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
- During periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the specified km distances. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, the tour participants accept that they acknowledge the potential constraint of space and the type of bed in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid for one child that fits the age category when accompanied by two adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
- The breakfast service included in the tour program is generally a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, served in a manner suitable to the culinary culture of the country being visited. In general, it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and are conducted from the vehicle without museum or historical site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, are subject to local authorities' permissions for visitation coinciding with the day and hour of the tour, and Fly Express is not responsible for any failure to conduct them due to circumstances such as closed roads or bad weather conditions that may prevent the tour from taking place. Some tours may necessitate using public transport or walking depending on closed roads or points prohibiting vehicle access.
- Extra tours are organized upon a minimum of 20 participants by the local agency providing services. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be conducted or the extra tour prices, contents, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be subject to change by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours conducted during the tour accept that they will wait at a nearby rest facility. Such passengers will be dropped at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
- Tour flights are group tickets, and flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking a domestic flight. If the guest purchases the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independent of the agency, they cannot demand any refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or any change in timing. The guest acknowledges in advance the possible material and moral losses due to changes or cancellations of the tour upon purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to the rules of the airlines, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are included in the tour without flights need to be present at the starting point of the tour on their own and without delay. Otherwise, they will have to provide their own transfers.
- Fly Express is not responsible for guests who are not present on time at the specified airport or who fail to complete check-in and boarding on time or who check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flights and transfers upon missing the flight will be the responsibility of the guests.
- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal items, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards, and Fly Express is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In case of found forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during the delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot individually accompany guests due to the integrity and continuity of the group.
- It is mandatory to accurately provide names, dates of birth, and passport numbers as stated on the passport during the purchase of the tour. Airline tickets will be issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change penalty fees due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge for food and drink and online check-in services.
- During the tours, seat numbers in the bus are not guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times notified by our guides to the guests are the time of movement, the time the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring all guests are treated equally, will not wait at meeting times and will start moving the vehicle. In the event of a situation, the late guests must make their own arrangements to the next stop.
- The participant accepts that they will participate in the tours scheduled in the program and will not disrupt the itinerary, and accordingly agrees to pay the local guide, museum & historical site entry fees, city taxes, and costs for audio system headsets as previously stated in the tour program during the trip. The participant has been fully and accurately informed on this matter.
- If only category information is given and/or if there are alternative information for the same destination, you can find out about the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip movement.
- Fly Express is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip. Fly Express is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A valid passport for at least 6 months beyond the end of the travel date is sufficient.
- Turkish green passport holders must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be allowed entry into the country they are visiting, and/or the airline company may not carry out their flights. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program is applicable to Turkish citizens. Passengers with a passport other than Turkish citizenship should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Passport control has the authority to deny entry into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visiting country due to torn, damaged, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, it must be on the new passport. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 may be asked by customs officers for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one parent. It is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
