1. DAY ISTANBUL – HURGHADA – LUXOR
We meet at the designated time in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, International Terminal, followed by check-in and passport procedures. We depart for Hurghada via Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight. After arriving at Hurghada International Airport, we move to Luxor with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. After our arrival, we conduct a Luxor city tour. During this panoramic city tour, we will see the Avenue of Sphinxes, Luxor Market, and the Mummification Museum. After the city tour, we head to the ship. After check-in upon arrival at the ship, guests can enjoy their free time. Guests who wish can join the Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour (90 Euro) organized by our guide as an extra option. In this tour, we will visit the Karnak Temple, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is the largest ancient structure ever built in the world. Surrounded by mudbrick walls up to 20 meters high, this magnificent structure, which houses many temples, provides significant information about the history and mythology of Egypt. You will feel mesmerized while exploring this glorious structure, which took more than 2000 years to build, with each pharaoh adding more to the temple than the previous one. After visiting the Karnak Temple, we will visit the Luxor Temple, which was built in honor of Amun, the greatest of the Egyptian gods, by the 9th Pharaoh, located in the world’s largest open-air museum, Luxor. After the temple visit, we head back to our river ship. We will spend the night on our river ship.
