IMPORTANT NOTES
• If the passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels, due to the application of extra beds in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there is no application for a 3rd bed. The AGENCY will inform its guests during the sales process regarding packages with such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only if children stay with their parents in the same room and cabin as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 age group, the child must not have turned 2 on the return date of the tour, and for the 3-12 age group, the child must not have turned 12 on the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09. 1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• For domestic low-cost flights, a baggage allowance of 20 kg is available.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program as long as the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized subject to a certain participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they may not be held. If the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• Guests who will not participate in extra tours along the way will be directed to rest areas located before entering the city by our guide.
• Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the case of cancellations and changes, the "AGENT SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
• During the cruise, 2 of the dinners you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger wishing to dine here bring at least one suit, and females should have at least 1 evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be pre-determined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal, everyone will sit in the previously determined places.
• At the time of check-in to the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present their credit card or cash deposit at the ship's reception when receiving cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The euro currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group's suitcases will be delivered to you along with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your suitcases in the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowding and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items in a small handbag on the first day you board the ship.
• It is absolutely necessary to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage and attach the labels given to you the night before to your cabins and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the ship’s disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage for the group is located. WE REQUEST EACH GUEST TO PICK UP THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED TICKETS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
