• The Agency is not responsible for problems arising from failure to provide the required documents for the visa on time and completely.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to the individual. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• In hotels, due to the implementation of an extra bed in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there is no implementation of a 3rd bed. The Agency will inform its guests during the sales process regarding these types of hotels included in the packages.
• Children’s prices are only valid if the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd or 4th person. For the 0-2 age group, the child must not have turned 2 on the return date of the tour; for the 3-12 age group, the child must not have turned 12 on the return date of the tour.

• During the cruise, 2 of the dinners will be formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger brings at least one suit, and females bring at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit in the predetermined places.
• At check-in for the cruise, every passenger (for couples, only one person) must present their credit card or deposit cash to the ship reception while obtaining cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The Euro currency and credit cards are accepted on board. You can learn all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags will be provided with your cruise ticket for all our group's suitcases. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your suitcases may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by the crowd and intensity and is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items for the first day in a small handbag.
• It is imperative to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must embark at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. The Agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your luggage by placing the tags provided to your cabins the night before and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by midnight. After our exit procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE RECOMMEND THAT EVERY GUEST TAKE THEIR LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
