NOTES AND THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW;
*The times specified in the program are obtained from the airline and shipping company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur to the times. Therefore, in the event of any change in time, our agency reserves the right to adjust the content of the program. Additionally, in our sea & river tours, the shipping company and the ship captain have the right to make changes to the program due to unexpected port conditions, adverse weather conditions, water level changes, sea & river traffic, strikes in river level pools, and other force majeure reasons. Our agency will not be responsible for these changes.
*Our agency is not responsible for passengers who fail to appear at the airport or the port where the ship will dock at the times indicated by our agency for the start of the tour and who miss the flight or the ship. The transportation costs required for passengers who miss their flight or ship to rejoin the tour are their own responsibility.
*In cruise tours, the cruise operator is a different company, and the captain is the authority due to the International Maritime Rules. During the operation of the ships, due to sudden port conditions, adverse conditions, changes in water levels, sea river traffic, and the non-functionality of river level pools for various reasons, the cruise operator and the captain can change the program as well as cancel the voyage. Alternative programs will be offered for these situations, and the Agency will have no liability regarding any changes.
*Each passenger has the right to take one piece of luggage with a maximum of 8 kg and dimensions of 40 cm (height) x 23 cm (width) x 55 cm (length) into the cabin during the flight. Additionally, each passenger is allowed to bring one suitcase that they will check in with the airline. The allowed free weight limit for this suitcase varies according to the airline company, flight route, and ticket class. Please confirm this before the flight from your ticket or our agency.
*During check-in to the ship, all passengers (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash while receiving their magnetic “cruise card”. Consequently, an average of $300 USD will be provisionally charged from each credit card. The reason for this is the extra expenses you will incur on the ship after checking in.
You will be able to make your extra expenses on the ship with this magnetic cruise card given to you during check-in.
Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can track all your expenses through the interactive televisions in your rooms, interactive screens on the ship, or at the reception.
*Bringing alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, kettles, bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship is absolutely prohibited. Each cabin has hair dryers and kettles available in many cabins.
*At the beginning of our cruise trip, colored suitcase tags will be assigned for your suitcases. It is extremely important to fill out these tags completely for the correct delivery of your suitcases to your cabins.
*Your suitcases may not arrive at your cabin until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation that is certainly the responsibility of the ship due to the crowd and congestion. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your important needs in a small carry-on bag to bring with you on the first day you board the ship.
*In case of an emergency, a very brief safety drill and briefing will take place on the first day of your trip to familiarize you with the evacuation procedures. Participation is extremely important. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your room will direct you to the meeting point for the drill.
*During the cruise journey, some of the dinners you will have in the main à la carte restaurant determined on the first day will be formal dinner evenings. According to the ship's rules, every male passenger who wishes to dine here must wear a suit, and female passengers must wear evening dresses. Passengers who wish may choose to dine in other restaurants and the buffet of the ship on these formal evenings or on other evenings.
*You can benefit from the paid satellite internet system on the ship. To minimize costs, be sure to choose the packages recommended by the ship.
*Every evening, a detailed program for the next day will be delivered to your cabin. This program will include all activities on the ship, information about entertainment organizations, and important notes.
*We kindly request that you take good care of all your personal belongings during the tour. There is a safe in all cabins where you can store your valuable items. Our agency does not take responsibility for lost or stolen money or valuable items left in the cabin and luggage. Support will be provided for the return of your found items via parcel service from the country where they were found.
*It is essential to adhere to the ship's departure times in the ports during the following days after the start of the tour. It is required to board the ship at least 45 minutes before its scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such circumstances. The transportation costs required for being re-admitted to the cruise from an appropriate port permitted will be the responsibility of the passenger.
*In cruise ships, there is a Health Center staffed by expert doctors and medical personnel providing services. You can use the emergency services 24 hours a day by dialing the emergency number. However, the health services provided on the ship are subject to charges. There is no medical personnel on river vessels, but it is possible for ambulances to reach the ship in emergencies.
*At the end of your cruise journey, you will need to collect your suitcases and attach the labels that will be delivered the night before to your cabins, leaving them in front of your cabin doors until 12:00 AM. After completing the departure procedures the following morning, the suitcases will be collected by passengers from the stations located outside the ship.
