DAY 01: SAHIBA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT – CIVITAVECCHIA (ROME)
We meet at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal at 05:30 in the morning, then we take AJET Airlines flight VF73 at 09:35 to Rome. We arrive in Rome at 11:30 local time, then transfer to Civitavecchia port where the MSC Grandiosa will depart. After check-in and passport formalities, we settle into our cabins and have free time. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 02: DAY AT SEA
This day will be spent at sea, where our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can take advantage of the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Interested guests can shop in the duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment in the many bars. Different food options await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 03: PALMA DE MALLORCA
Our ship will dock at Palma De Mallorca port at 09:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Palma De Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frederic Chopin Museum Tour” organized by the guide for an extra fee. We will start this full day tour by introducing the tourist paradise Palma de Mallorca with a population of 300,000. Places to see include the 14th-century Bellver Castle, the famous Palma Cathedral from the 13th century, and the adjacent Almudaina Palace seen from the outside. After seeing the historic arena, which is the symbol of the city, we will proceed to Valldemossa, located in the southwest of the island, also known as the Valley of Musa. Valldemossa, a magnificent village once used as a summer retreat by kings and a resting place for monks, will be our next stop. We will get to know this region and take plenty of photos to capture the spirit of the island. Additionally, we will visit the monastery where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created their finest works, witnessing their emotionally charged stories. After the tour, we will return to the ship. Our ship will depart the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 04: BARCELONA
Our ship will arrive at the Barcelona port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Barcelona City Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. Our city tour will start with a special bus waiting for us at the port. We will see La Rambla Street, the Cristoforo Colombo Monument, the Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseo de Gracia street where Gaudí has turned his houses into an open-air museum, and his most fundamental work, Sagrada Familia. During the tour, we will go up Montjuic Hill to take panorama photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to the ship. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 05: CANNES (COTE D’AZUR)
Our ship will dock at the Cannes port at 09:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the “Cannes & Antibes Tour” organized by our guide for an extra fee. In addition to the magnificent atmosphere and the perfect blue of the Mediterranean, numerous luxury resorts and different coastlines make southern France attractive. After a short view of the city of Cannes by bus, our first destination in this fun tour will be the town of Antibes, located between Cannes and the Côte d’Azur region, with Nice to its east. Some of the interesting places in this beautifully preserved medieval town include Château Grimaldi, a cathedral from the 17th century, the Picasso Museum, and the Vauban Harbor, which is famous for its yachts and billionaire playground. After leaving this town, we will continue on to Cape Antibes, which once had strategic military importance but now hosts the Napoleonic museum, an archaeological museum, and a fortified castle. From this point, you will be able to view the stunning panoramas of the surrounding coastline, so be sure to have your cameras ready. After this tour, you will have time to explore the city of Cannes on your own before returning to the ship. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 06: GENOA (PORTOFINO)
Our ship will dock at Genoa port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Genoa & Portofino Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. We will set off with our private vehicle towards the city center of Genoa, which was once the capital of an important maritime kingdom that ruled over the Mediterranean geography, including Istanbul. We will see important points such as St. Lawrence Cathedral, the Palace of the Dukes, and Columbus’ house. In the second part, we'll visit Portofino, a half-hour drive from Genoa, known for its song-inspired beauty and romance. After our free time in this peaceful coastal town, we will return to the ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 07: LA SPEZIA (CINQUE TERRE)
Our ship will dock at La Spezia port at 07:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the “Florence & Pisa Tour” organized by our guide for an extra fee. A special vehicle will be waiting for us at the port as we head to Pisa, a short distance away. In the famous square known as the Field of Miracles, we will see the Duomo, the Baptistery, and the Leaning Tower during a brief shopping break. Those who want to climb this tower, which has a tilt of about 14 degrees, will have to climb 294 steps for a fee. After this, we will continue our journey with a 1.5-hour drive through the breathtaking Tuscan landscape to Florence, where we will see the Uffizi Gallery, the Old Bridge, Signoria Square, and the Duomo Cathedral, and Baptistery panoramically. Known as a shopping paradise, Florence invites you to the heart of fashion, especially with its shoes, bags, and leather goods. After free hours for lunch and shopping in this city, which is one of the most visited in Italy after Rome, we will return to the ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 08: CIVITAVECCHIA (ROME) – SAHIBA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT
Our ship will arrive at Civitavecchia port at 07:00. After breakfast, we will carry out ship disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. We will depart for Rome Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. After arriving at the airport, we will complete our check-in and passport procedures, and take AJET Airlines flight VF74 at 12:30 to Istanbul. We will arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 16:10 local time. End of our tour.
