DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – HAMBURG – KIEL
Meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 04:30. After checking in, we will take Turkish Airlines flight TK1661 departing at 07:00 towards Hamburg. Upon arrival in Hamburg at 09:10 local time, transfer to Kiel port and check-in procedures at our cruise ship. After settling into our cabins and some free time, our guide will organize a briefing to introduce the ship and our tours. You can enjoy the ship until dinner. Our ship departs from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 2 COPENHAGEN
Our ship will dock at Copenhagen port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests have free time for personal activities. Those interested can join our optional “Copenhagen City Tour & Canal Tour.” Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital, is located on the largest island, Zealand. The Amalienborg Palace in the city center is the residence of the royal family today. Copenhagen is known as one of the top five most livable cities in the world and boasts a vibrant nightlife. During our city tour, we will see the iconic ‘Little Mermaid,’ Amalienborg, Christianborg Palace, Rosenborg Palace, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, the independent Hippie Neighborhood, and ‘Christiania.’ Next, at Nyhavn (New Harbor), we will take a boat tour at the heart of the city for about 1 hour, experiencing a contrast of historic and modern Copenhagen. After the tour, return to our ship. The ship will depart at 18:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 3 SEA PASSAGE
This day will be spent at sea, offering many options for guests. Enjoy the outdoor or indoor pools, hot tubs, sunbathing areas, or shop at duty-free stores. Try your luck at the casino, listen to live music and entertainment at various bars, and indulge in diverse dining options available throughout the day.
DAY 4 HELLESYLT/GEIRANGER
Our ship will dock at Hellesylt at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests are free for personal activities. Those interested can join our optional “Hellesylt & Geiranger Tour.” This tour visits the two stunning villages at the end of the Storfjord, once vital postal ports in northern Norway, now popular cruise destinations due to the difficult overland access. We start by visiting the Hellesylt Waterfall. We then head to the panoramic viewpoint over the Geiranger Fjord, taking photos of the fjord. Our first stop is the Hamile Hill and the 1800s stone bridge. Next, we visit Hornindal Lake, Norway’s deepest lake, for a break. Afterward, we proceed to Stryn, one of the region's lively towns, where you will have free time for shopping and dining. We then visit Djupvatnet Lake, and from Dalsnibba Mountain at 1476 meters high, if weather permits, you will enjoy a breathtaking view. Next, we stop at Flydalsjuvet viewing platform to photograph the Geiranger Fjord, then return to our ship. The ship leaves at 21:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 5 ÅLESUND
Our ship will dock at Ålesund at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests are free for personal activities. Ålesund, located at the top of Norway’s West Fjord region, is a stunning Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) town spread across several islands, with the Sunnmøre Mountains in the background, reaching towards the Atlantic. Although much of the city was destroyed by fire in the early 20th century, it was rebuilt in the Art Nouveau style. Those interested can join our optional “Trollstigen & Ålesund Panorama Tour,” which takes you to beautiful regions outside the city, including Storfjord, Stordal, and Valldal, known for its strawberries. The tour also visits the breathtaking Gudbrandsjuvet canyon, where you can walk across a bridge over the gorge. Next, the bus travels to Trollstigen, famous for its sharp bends, waterfalls, and scenic views of the King and Queen mountains. The tour also includes the highest vertical rock face in Europe, Trolltindane (Troll Wall). Afterward, we return to Ålesund and enjoy a panoramic city tour. After the tour, return to the ship, which departs at 17:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 6 FLĂM
Our ship will dock at Flåm at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests are free for personal activities. Those interested can join our optional “Magnificent Flåm Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinnefossen Waterfall Tour.” The tour starts with a visit to the Tvinnefossen waterfall, one of Norway’s most famous, called the “twin waterfall.” Then, we’ll visit Gudvangen, a picturesque village at the meeting point of fjords, known as the “meeting place of the gods.” Finally, we will stop at Stegastein Viewpoint for stunning panoramic views of the fjord. Our last stop will be at Grimsetelvi, where you can enjoy incredible natural scenery. After the tour, return to Flam for last-minute shopping at tax-free stores, offering Norwegian jackets, Omega-3 fish oils, souvenirs, and more, before re-boarding the ship. Dinner and overnight onboard. The ship departs at 18:00.
DAY 7 SEA PASSAGE
This day is dedicated to cruising, offering a variety of activities. Guests can enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, sun decks, participate in organized activities or relax in comfortable lounges, and take advantage of entertainment and live music at various bars. A wide selection of menu options will be available throughout the day.
DAY 8 KIEL/HAMBURG – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at Kiel at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, disembarkation procedures are completed, and our transfer vehicle will take us to Hamburg Airport. Guests may opt for our optional “Hamburg City Tour,” which starts from the meeting point and takes you to explore Hamburg. Located in northern Germany, at the southern tip of the Jutland Peninsula, Hamburg is at the confluence of the Elbe, Alster, and Bille rivers. The city center is around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster lakes. Hamburg boasts over 2,300 bridges, connecting its many canals. The port, which extends into the North Sea, is the second-largest in Europe and a major international trade hub. The city is famous for its many parks and represents one of Europe's greenest cities. Highlights include the Philharmonic Hall, St. Michael's Church, the Alster Lakes, Elbe River, the Reeperbahn (red-light district), the Fish Market, and the City Hall with its magnificent architecture. After free time for shopping and dining, we head to the airport for our return flight. Turkish Airlines flight TK1664 departs at 18:25, arriving in Istanbul at 22:40 local time. End of our tour.
