3. According to Civil Aviation laws (Hague laws), airlines may update flight times and airports. Flight times should be confirmed by guests 48 hours in advance. The airline is not responsible for any changes or delays in flight times and airports.
4. Guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes are not responsible for any changes or delays affecting domestic connecting flights.
5. Group tickets are subject to airline rules; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used, and no refunds are provided for unused segments.
6. The luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is generally 20kg, but this can vary by airline and destination; domestic flights may have a limit of 15kg. Excess baggage fees and weight restrictions are set by airlines; our agency is not responsible.
7. For reservations, individuals must provide their full name, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport number as they appear on the passport; any cancellations or changes due to incomplete info will incur penalties paid by the passengers.
8. The hotel category for this 7-night, 8-day tour is 4-star; hotels are located within 5-25 km from the city center.

16. Our agency reserves the right to change the itinerary or content, keeping the same overall schedule; city tours may be rescheduled based on arrival times.
17. Hotel names are listed as "and similar"; the actual hotel will be confirmed 2-3 days before departure.
18. Panoramic city tours are guided overview tours with no entrance fees, often done from the vehicle or on foot, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries.
19. Our agency is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (road closures, weather, local authorities, border crossings, etc.), and some tours may be adapted accordingly.
20. Extra tour prices are based on minimum 10 participants; if the minimum is not met, tours may be canceled or prices adjusted.
21. Extra tours are optional; passengers who choose not to participate agree to wait at designated rest stops, and will be picked up after the tour ends.
22. Guests who purchase an advantageous package but do not participate in any particular tour (even for personal reasons) will pay the full discounted price; refunds are not available for tours with entrance fees, dinners, shows, or tickets once purchased.
23. Entrance fees for museums are not included unless explicitly specified; any government increases will be reflected in tour prices.
24. Besides panoramic city tours and inter-country transfers, bus services are at the discretion of guests who buy extra tours.
25. To avoid issues with passports, they should be valid for at least 6 months after the trip’s end; green passports must be renewed if older than 10 years, otherwise entry or boarding may be denied, and the responsibility lies with the traveler.
26. Our agency acts only as an intermediary; we are not responsible for visa denials or delays, and visa or insurance fees are non-refundable once paid.
27. Visas must be obtained from the consulate of the country where the stay is longest; failure to do so may result in refusal of entry, which our agency is not responsible for.
28. The visa-issuing passport or exit passport must be tear-free, unwrinkled, dry, and undamaged; penalties apply if not in proper condition, and our agency is not responsible.
29. During the trip, when leaving transportation or hotels, ensure your belongings are with you, as our agency and service providers are not responsible for lost items.
30. Minors traveling without one or both parents need to have written consent with them during travel.
31. Our agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour; in case of low participation, it may be canceled with prior notice. Cancellation must be communicated directly; no compensation applies.
32. Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms before booking the trip.
