IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices of extended services are valid on the day of the advertisement publication; due to reasons such as supplier price increases, currency exchange rate changes, tax modifications, entrance fee increases, etc., cost differences may be reflected in our sales prices before your tour. In such cases; the final program sent to you at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure date will be valid.
1 - You are required to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. Some dates may use different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines. We are not responsible for domestic tickets purchased and arranged without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to tickets issued by us for domestic flights.
2 - Our guide and company may change the tour program flow, keeping the content the same.
3 - Cancellation and refunds of optional services purchased individually in Egypt are not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend purchasing insurance policies such as security packages at your agency, as reservations are made and paid to service providers; our company cannot process other arrangements in this case. List prices apply for single purchases.
4 - Based on the number of passengers in vehicles:
* For groups with 16 or more people, a bus is used.
* For groups between 9 and 15 people, a minibus is used.
* For groups with 8 or fewer people, a minibus is used.
5 - Tours, buses, and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.
