Day 1 Istanbul – Düsseldorf – Amsterdam
Meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart to Düsseldorf on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1523 at 06:50. Upon arrival at 09:05 local time, our vehicle will be waiting for us. During our city tour in Düsseldorf, which is one of Germany's most important cities for culture, art, and industry, you will see the Rheinturm revolving restaurant, Schloss Benrath which hosts Germany’s most renowned thinkers, the shopping street Königsallee, and the green areas of Horfgarten. After the tour, we head to Amsterdam. In the Dutch capital, bordering Germany in the east and Belgium in the south, we will do a city tour including Dam Square, Central Station, National Monument, Royal Palace, Flower Market, and the Red Light District. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Marken – Volendam – Giethoorn – Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an optional grand fairy tale villages and water canals tour (100 Euro), visiting Zaanse Schans, Marken, Volendam, and Giethoorn Hobbit Village. Beginning with Zaanse Schans, which dates back to the 17th century and still features operational historic windmills, is considered a little heaven of the Netherlands. With its historic windmills and wooden houses, you will feel like you're exploring an open-air museum. Next, we head to Marken, a former island now connected to the mainland by land. After exploring this wonderful island, we proceed to Volendam, a charming town known for its port, traditional houses, and people in historical costumes. You can enjoy delicious seafood and cheese, and buy affordable souvenirs. Our last stop is Giethoorn Hobbit Village, one of the most beautiful spots in the world and considered one of Europe's most fairy-tale places. Gaining popularity after the 1958 film 'Fanfare,' it now hosts over 800,000 tourists annually. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Amsterdam – Bruges – Ghent – Brussels
After breakfast, we head to Brussels. Guests may join an optional tour of Bruges & Ghent (75 Euro). Our first stop is Bruges, renowned for its stunning beauty, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1991. Its medieval architecture, canals, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings, and squares make it one of Europe's most visited cities. After exploring Bruges, we move to Ghent, a city with a 1400-year-old history, situated at the confluence of the Scheldt and Lys rivers. Known as the largest and wealthiest city of the Middle Ages, Ghent boasts medieval monuments and a university. After touring Ghent, we proceed to Brussels, one of the most notable destinations in the Benelux countries, known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere. We will visit the Royal Palace, China and Japanese Houses, Brussels Cathedral, the city square, the Stock Exchange Building, Atomium Monument, and Manneken Pis Statue. After the tour, transfer to the hotel with free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Brussels – Paris
After breakfast, we move to Paris, one of the most romantic cities in the world. Upon arrival, sights include Charles de Gaulle and Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum and Pyramid, Etoile Square, Grand Palais and Petit Palais Exhibitions, Concorde Square and Obelisk, French Parliament Building, Alexandre III Bridge, River Seine, Napoleon’s Tomb, and Eiffel Tower. After the tour, transfer to the hotel with free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Paris
After breakfast, guests who wish can join an optional tour of Paris masterpieces & Seine River Boat Cruise (100 Euro), including the Eiffel Tower, Seine River tour, Montmartre Artist Hill & Sacré-Cœur Basilica, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Starting with the Eiffel Tower, which is visited by millions annually, you will ascend to the second floor for a panoramic view of Paris. Then, enjoy a boat trip on the Seine that divides the city, observing historical buildings on both banks. Afterwards, take the cable car to Montmartre hill, the highest point of Paris, famous for artists like Picasso and Van Gogh, where Sacré-Cœur Basilica is located. After viewing this basilica, free time at Tertre Square for shopping or portraits. Then, visit Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1137 and 1180 under King Louis VII, symbolizing Paris’ political, economic, and cultural power. After a quick photo break, transfer to the hotel. Guests may also join an optional Paris Evening Tour (30 Euro) to see the city's illuminated landmarks including Champs Elysees, Concorde Square, Louvre at night, and more. Return to the hotel for overnight.
Day 6 Paris – Luxembourg
After breakfast, depart for Luxembourg. Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour including Notre Dame Cathedral, Duke’s Palace, City Hall, and Constitution Square. Guests may choose to join an optional tour of Trier, Remich, and Schengen (55 Euro). The first stop is Trier, a city founded before 15 BC by Romans, known as Germany's oldest city. It is located along the Moselle River, in the Moselle wine region, with red sandstone hills. Highlights include the Porta Nigra, Roman ruins listed as UNESCO World Heritage, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Church of Our Lady, Constantine Basilica, and the house where revolutionary Karl Marx was born. After Trier, head to Remich, a duty-free city with low taxes on chocolates, coffee, and alcohol. Finally, visit Schengen, where the Schengen Agreement was signed, marking the freedom of border crossings between EU countries. You can taste local wines and see the monument and building related to the agreement. Transfer back to the hotel for overnight.
Day 7 Luxembourg – Strasbourg
After breakfast, depart for Strasbourg, the jewel of Alsace and one of France's most beautiful cities. While touring Strasbourg, you'll feel like taking a journey back in time in its medieval cobbled streets. Famous for its fairy-tale atmosphere, natural beauty, historic buildings, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and many artworks, Strasbourg is also historically significant as the place where France’s national anthem 'La Marseillaise' was written. sights include Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the traditional Alsace houses of the Petite France district. Guests may choose to join an optional tour of the fairy-tale villages of Alsace (Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr) (100 Euro). First stop is Eguisheim, awarded ‘Favorite French Village’ in 2013, known for its colorful houses reflecting traditional Alsace architecture. Next, visit Colmar, a well-preserved medieval city featuring the Martin’s Church, Little Venice with canals, Maison Pfister, and Maison des Têtes. The last stop is Kaysersberg, a charming medieval village with colorful houses, narrow streets, and the Château de Kaysersberg castle. Finally, explore Riquewihr, a town famous for its half-timbered houses, cobblestone streets, and medieval walls, where you can also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle. Return either to Strasbourg or a nearby hotel for the night.
Day 8 Strasbourg – Freiburg – Basel
After breakfast, check out and depart for Freiburg, Germany's fourth-largest city and a historic city surrounded by the Black Forest, offering natural beauty. Sightseeing includes Freiburg Minster, Markthalle (indoor market), Münsterplatz (Main Square), Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street, Augustiner Square, Adelhauser Square, and Gerberau. Afterwards, continue to Basel, Switzerland’s third most populous city after Zurich and Geneva. Despite its small size, Basel is rich with treasures. Highlights include Basel Minster, Marktplatz, the Town Hall, and Hotel Les Trois Rois. After city exploration, transfer to Basel Airport for flight. Depart from Basel to Istanbul at 18:55 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1926. Arrive at 23:05 local time, marking the end of our tour.
