*** Tiered pricing applies, and prices may change during the day.
*** Participants can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date. Cancellations between 29-15 days incur a 50% fee, and cancellations less than 14 days before the departure have a 100% fee.
*** The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 21 days prior to departure, with prior notice to the participants, if sufficient enrollment is not achieved.
*** During fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used at greater distances from the city center than specified above. In such cases, participants will be informed at least 10 days prior to departure.
*** Hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour if only category information is provided or if options are available for the same destination.
*** 3-person rooms are subject to availability at hotels, and beds in such rooms are smaller than standard beds. These rooms consist of 1 large bed plus an extra bed. Extra beds, foldaway beds, and coach beds are used, which means that participants in triple or child reservations acknowledge potential space constraints and bed types in these rooms. Child discounts apply only to a single child sharing with 2 adults and meeting age criteria.
*** The services included in the tour program, such as hotel breakfasts, are generally continental, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a private hall for groups.
*** Panorama city tours included in the tour package are designed to introduce the cities and include scenic views from the vehicle with guide narration. Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included.
*** The dates and times of extra tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions.
*** Extra tour fees are paid directly to the guide during the tour.
*** For destinations where only category information is provided or options are available, you may learn your accommodation 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
*** Maxserdmc acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, is subject to the Lahey Protocol of 1955, and is authorized accordingly.
