Cruise ships can be likened to floating deluxe hotels equipped with the latest technology. You can follow the daily program outlining activities from the ship's newspaper distributed to your room the evening before each day. Think of this newspaper as a bulletin that keeps you informed about everything happening on board that day, including all activities within the ship, weather forecasts, information about ports of call, contact details for reservations at specialty restaurants or spas, and more. English is the most commonly spoken language on board. If you are on a tour with a Turkish guide, our guide will assist you with all matters ranging from ship bulletins to restaurant menus and prepares special bulletins for our valued guests.
Upon boarding the ship, you must check in your luggage, submit your passport, and provide credit card information (a deposit may be required for potential expenses) at the check-in desk located at the ship's entrance. Your passport will be returned to you only after the tour concludes, once it has been handed over at the beginning of the journey. After submitting your passport to the ship, you will be issued a Boarding Card by the vessel. This card serves as both your passport substitute and cabin key, and will be used for all transactions on board. The Boarding Card contains various details printed on it, such as your first and last name, cabin number, and dining session time.
A dress code is enforced for passengers on board cruise ships. Since the ship hosts special events such as the Captain's Welcome Dinner and Gala Night, we kindly request that you bring elegant and classic attire. You can track these events, including the Gala Night and Welcome Dinner, as well as other special occasions, via the ship's newspaper mentioned earlier. Additionally, the dress code requirements are also specified in the bulletin.
Cruise ships feature open buffet restaurants available 20 hours a day where you can eat at any time. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in your fare at the main restaurant, there are fast food outlets and buffets available. The ship also offers specialty concept restaurants, such as Thai restaurants or steak houses. For these restaurants, you can make advance reservations and enjoy special meals prepared by dedicated chefs. Thematic restaurants are subject to an additional charge.
Cruise ships offer numerous facilities and activities for families traveling with children. Onboard, there are children's pools and play clubs where kids can spend their time.
Cruise ships are designed by engineers to minimize motion during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck in designated areas where ashtrays are provided and no signs prohibit smoking. Ships have doctors and nurses on board. Accessible cabins for passengers with disabilities are also available on the ships.

• You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels that will be left in your cabins the night before, and place them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
